OK I love the tv show for this game! But I think there’s some bugs ’cause it won’t let me to do stuff like watch the episodes and now it won’t let me go into the cry baby houses pls fix it! Other than that it’s an awesome game!!!

I like this game but there are way to many adds and not enough people in the game so using the same babies do get boring also it won't allow me to watch episodes.
Episodes not working
Every time my daughter tries to enter the theater or press the episodes button it makes the app crash and then you can’t do anything. I end up having to reset the app. Would love to see this fixed.

My girls love this game! Many levels and things to do but too many ads. I would pay to remove ads but there doesn’t seem to be an option. Please add a feature to remove ads.

The app crashes alto I parchase two thing already but there still locked and the app takes for ever to reload how can reach you people about this my daughter who has autism loves this game but can’t get the content to parchase

Not restoring my purchase
My kid likes this game even watching it but i cant restore my purchases and I just purchased today and already charged me but the clothes are still not available after purchasing it. And theres no help option to ask why I can’t restore my purchases. Please fix this asap ..or refund me.

I bought an outfit my daughter was asking for on this game it took my money and didn’t give her the outfit . Will be reporting as fraud
Horrible
My daughter can’t even play the game without an ad popping up every one second that’s ridiculous. These other reviews to say 4 to 5 stars or lies you can’t play anything without an ad popping up.
No support, very little help in app
I got this app for my daughter because she loves Cry Babies on YouTube. Anyway she saves up her pocket money for occasional game purchases and I let her buy this one today. However, despite using the restore purchases button, following all prompts, restarting the device, deleting and re-downloading the app, the purchase was not available. I then tried to contact the developer through the contact form on their website but was not able to submit the form because the captcha licence was expired. There is no email address for my region so I couldn’t use that either. So I pressed the report a problem button from Apple but all o could ask for from them is a refund, which I have asked for but I would rather my daughter be able to play the game she paid for.
