A great way to monitor and log workouts, recovery and pain levels.

Track your progress and your pain

A good app that allows you to track your aches and pains also track your hot or cold water treatment eg:
Cold shower
Water temperature: 11° C
Duration: 5 minutes.
Also gives you graphs for you to track your progress or injury.
