Uhm…. Can’t play anymore…

I started playing and I was REALLY enjoying it! It fast paced and genuinely a fun game but then I “ran out of ads”???? And now I can’t make enough money or collect enough credits to advance or even play anymore…. I want to change this to a 5 star because it deserves it when it’s working properly but when I can’t do anything with it, I can’t give it more than 2… I really hope it gets sorted and I can change this to 5 stars. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I invited and shared my link with a friend. However it doesn’t count towards the bonus and it just didn’t work. Please fix

Fun but annoying

This game is really fun and all, however it is very easy for customers to get angry. Maybe try fix that.

Needs improvement

Game starts well. But once second Brest is developed, (one in France other in Belarus(?)) game becomes very glitchy. Both cities seem to be perpetually angry even with no ports showing anger. Many cities have Brest come up as angry connection requested. Often requiring city to change from local to hub to achieve.

In addition, screen changes map size frequently when trying to connect routes or when you are trying to eliminate angry connections, suddenly goes to another port.

Finally, just was too glitchy to continue playing and had to delete game.

Poor Customer Service

Been playing for a while. Had a good bit of coins built up. But deleted my first account because really didn’t understand the process. So made another account, as soon as I had this built up. They told me I couldn’t withdraw anything anymore because I deleted my first account? Which I don’t see why my first one would matter since I deleted it. But I would give this 1 star. Since it pretty much wasted my time! 👍🏽

Routes disappeared

The game is fun, but I logged in the other day and all the plane routes that I had were gone. Still had all the airports, but no planes flying???? Not sure what happened

The game is a little bit broken

I just started playing a couple days ago and I’ve run into the same problem every single time I play. The little red angry dots pop up and I go to fix the problem only to find that I have 100 people angrily waiting to fly and 4 empty planes that can hold like 200 people. I don’t know why but they refuse to get on the plane for like 30 seconds and then all of a sudden the problem is gone. After going to check again what do you know the planes are now partially full. I wish I could attach an image to better demonstrate what is happening.

Hi there, sorry to hear you had bad experience. We are working to resolve such weird behaviour to prevent things like this from happening. In our next version which should start seeing less of these issues as we are changing the logic in the way airports can be connected.

Fun, but so many issues!

I enjoy the game.

However, when I try to connect my ZBD wallet by scanning the QR code, it looks like a successful connection and says “Redirecting,” but it never connects. I’ve tried about a dozen times in the last two weeks. I cannot withdraw my earned SATs.

As that’s not frustrating enough, I tried to contact support through the app and that also didn’t work. The connection wasn’t made.

It’s not my connection or wallet…I can play my other ZBD games and withdraw SATs. Something isn’t right here, and these issues have me playing the game less and less.

What a shame.

Great Game but

Overall a great game I’d like to play for a long time. But people getting mad at random and new airports is stressing me out as it’s pretty hard to get credits and there’s nothing I can do about it.

How to stop the angry red

Hello. This game seems fun and frustrating. So many angry red dots. All time spent trying to placate the red dots. They all want to go to different airports. You cannot used strategy like the real airlines do with using hub cities. Just a mass spiderweb of direct connects all over the place. I don’t feel like I get to do anything other than react to all the angry people. Sadly they’re mad at me for airports I haven’t even built yet. I wish this game was a little less stressful and customers would allow for a layover. Otherwise neat idea and thanks for the bitcoin!
