I’ve paid for my subscription and now I can’t login. I don’t see an option to contact customer support.
Needed Update
Lacking big crypto names and support teams are not responding to requests to add those missing blockchains. Others have way better setup and it locks up during high volume trading.
Done with this one
I paid for a lifetime subscription several years ago, and now I can’t restore that. Will not be paying monthly now.

Used to love it, now it’s buggy
This app used to be perfect for crypto alerts. Now, alerts that I’ve deleted don’t get deleted on the server side and there is nothing you can do to delete them. It will perpetually notify you of the price from an alert that you’ve deleted. They also no longer have customer support. I had an issue a few years ago that customer support was able to address. I’ve reached out multiple times of the issue I’m having now and no response anymore. App is dead.

Prediction is way far off, I pay $44 dollars for this service and did not change anything from the free service is the same. Don’t waste your money is not worth it. You don’t need to buy the service. Just go to google and search BitScreener and you will get the same results for free.
Binance Sync via API funktioniert nicht

Nervtötend werbeüberlagert und zwar mit Werbung der anstrengenden Sorte.
Viel Bling-Bling und Pop-ups. Schlägt einem wirklich auf die Augen.
Mein Portfolio von Binance via API zu syncen hat nicht funktioniert.
Das Warte-Rädchen dreht sich jetzt schon seit 1 Stunde.
Funktionierte in allen anderen Test Apps,
die ich heute getestet habe, völlig problemlos.
Fazit:
Bisher brachte mir der Bits Screener nichts als nervige Zeitverschwendung.

Old tokens and poor Alert Volume
Purchased this app for the alerts. They do not stay current with the new tokens coming on board. Several requests to add tokens have gone ignored. Although I like the concept of this app, the volume level for the alerts is very poor. Needs to be an adjustment level. Or various ringtones so the volume can be heard across an average size room. Missed too many trades because of the audio level.

Widget feature removed
This app has so much potential to be the best of all of the crypto trackers but it’s faulty and now they removed the widget feature on iPhones.
On top of that I was one of the earlier users that paid for the app (one time fee) until they switched to subscription base and completely removed me from their log lol. Really shady but just not worth my energy anymore.
