Too many ads
Ads are very long and after nearly every game. Ads are for games I already play.
Word choices are AWFUL!
Maybe the game is written in a foreign country, but half the terms, we had never heard of!! Within 20 or so levels, the game was completely unplayable.
Could be the perfect app!
I LOVED this app before it went through some changes several months ago. It doesn’t save my progress all the time, the default “auto advance” feature is really annoying (I have to reset often to get rid of it) and I find more repetition of quotes than before…sometimes even back to back. I can deal with the ads, but I wish the “new and improved version would revert back to the original. Still a really good, user friendly app and fun to play.

I’ve deleted this app. The first time I played, an ad appeared of a teenage girl’s headshot jiggling up and down (inappropriate but not explicit). I could not stop this, so I closed and reopened the app. Soon after, the entire screen was hijacked by a video game that would not close.
The Best App
Very few games make me think! Cryptograms do. I enjoy the challenge and fun completing the puzzles, they make me think.

I have loved this app for years. But now, unfortunately I cannot bear the ads which you cannot exit out of. They are too long. I’m sorry to say I must move on to another app. Too bad there isn’t an option to pay a one time fee to opt out of ads. I’m sad. Goodbye

Ads are very long and hard to exit out of. This is the only thing I don’t like. Other than the ads, the puzzles are great.
Simply Puzzles
This is the simplest app. No weird cartoons or characters, just puzzles. But I would really like to be able to opt out of ads with a one-time payment. The ads are sometimes inappropriate and they’re all too long and obnoxious.
Too many ads
Deleted this app even though I thoroughly enjoyed it. I just couldn’t tolerate the ads and there is no way to buy out of the ads.
Ads unbearable
Been playing for years but the ads have been getting more and more cumbersome. The last update made the ads unbearable, looking for new cryptogame

I enjoy solving cryptograms very much, and I love a good challenge. I was looking for a cryptogram game to play on my iPhone, and I found this one on my third try. I’m so glad I did! I tossed the first couple of cryptogram games I downloaded in favor of this one. Thanks!!!
