Not useless. Just not much good.
It’s not a real app. It just provides link to the Crystal/ TUI websites.
It keeps demanding you enter information, and even when you’ve done so it still continues to make the same demands. (Maybe I should have accepted cookies?)
The resort information is extremely limited, and the Reps seem to use the app as an excuse not to bother meeting guests, or being physically present to give advice or help.
Overall, this app did nothing to enhance my ski holiday with Crystal.
My verdict: “Must try harder!”

Still some work needed on this
unfortunately unable to make a payment through the app payment initially goes through and then bounces back into bank account citing technical difficulties

The app is useful and helps you see the resort, weather and travel info. However when on holiday I would like to see lots more info on what is on, possible activities , weather warnings, where reps are etc. it could be so much better and keep you connected to Crystal on a daily basis in the resort.

Just updated the app and lost what feels years of memories.
I can’t believe this happened it’s like you a crushed all of happy memories with this update all ski trips past resorts and hotels now gone.
What a total loss.

Top, easy to use app
Having Skied with Crystal for the last 4 years, I’ve found the app incredibly helpful. From counting down the sleeps, finding useful report info and weather conditions, to collections of important info such as hire locations and packs as meet the team events. Only 4 stars as recently app keeps logging out and resetting, would have been 5 otherwise.

Hopeless Update
The update has logged me out and removed all my trips and history. Absolutely awful. What on earth happened?! Hope this can be fixed, otherwise this app becomes a complete brick.
Useless Update
Had to load the updated app and it has lost all previous trips, doesn’t recognise me. Had to log in and even when it shows the trip booked no other information about resort is available and each time I open the app I have to log in - absolute disaster!

Since the last update everything has disappeared,the font virtually fills the screen ,can not log in ,well done tech team you really messed up.

Crashes every time I open it
The app was working a couple of days ago, but now it just crashes on launch. Tried deleting and re-installing, same issue.

Lots of useful info whether you’re holidaying with Crystal or not but it’s so buggy… click to a new section and it just hangs, want to load a resort map? Black screen. The number of times I have to quit and relaunch just to get it to work is insane.
Essential Holiday App!
Easy to use, helpful, we love the ‘number of sleeps to go’ all adds to the excitement!
Would be good if the ‘Add a booking’ function worked but that’s not a major issue..

Really helpful and well designed app…easy to update and full of useful information.
No more ski tracking
Ski tracking removed for no apparent reason along with nearly a decade of ski tracking data.
This was the most useful feature of the app, removing it makes it a fairly pointless download now.

The app does not allow ski tracking anymore.
Unable to add booking … so useless
Basic functionality which works on the crystal website ( eg find and log in to your booking using booking reference, lead passenger name and departure date ) doesn’t work on the app.
So cannot even get started with the app.
Basic functionality like this really needs to work flawlessly, but it doesn’t work on this app.

Stopped working after update
The app stopped working! I have a balance to pay and changes to make ahead of my holiday next week and I’m unable to do it. All I get are blank screens.
Great App!
Really useful app for all stages of the holiday - preparation and once in resort too. Love having it all in one place. Would be great if it could have links to local transport timetables and if you could add a piste where there are two resorts close by. Finally… we are big walkers as well as enjoying other snow sports and if there was any way of linking in a standard map for walking… well then 10/5 stars. ⭐️🤣
