Amazing but one major problem

I got this and I read the reviews. If looked amazing but then I got it. I hate how you only have THREE a day when you can’t afford to pay. I have lots of crystals and it takes ages this must be fixed for people

Great App

This is a really great app which allows me to identify diff stones which helps me when I’m making jewellery. It allows me to take pictures and then uses the picture to identify the stone. I can then add it to my collection and write any notes about the stone that I need to. Love using this app and would highly recommend it to anyone who has an interest in crystals and stones.

Not accurate

I’m very disappointed to learn that the identification on loads of crystals is incorrect. I know what I have bought and just wanted to store the photo’s in one place but am unable to get the app to get the crystal right on so many. Would be better if you could import your own details to ensure they are correct. I won’t be renewing my subscription and will be cancelling straight away. Such a shame!

Inaccurate

I’ve just tried this app as I wanted some of my unknown crystals identified. I chose 13 that I definitely do know and it got 6 completely wrong! I’ve deleted it as it cannot be trusted to correctly identify crystals/minerals.

Great backup

I have used this app for almost a full year. I did have a problem and for some reason, my own fault I used two different email addresses, so I was only getting the use of three photos to identify the crystal that I had. The app support people contacted me in a very timely and professional manner, and got the situation fixed right away and now I’m back in business. Thank you for all of your help support.

Does NOT Correctly Identify Most Crystals

I wanted to love this app, but most times I try to use it - it can’t identify correctly the stones I show it which is a real bummer. In a cost of living crisis we are in, I won’t invest money in an app that gets most crystals guesses wrong.

Don’t bother - This is not a free app

If you’re not gonna pay, you only get 3 scans for free after that you need to pay. I really wish apps would stop saying they’re free when you can’t do bigger all before you have to pay. I was actually thinking of keeping it the app but I couldn’t mess around with it enough to know if it was any good for me. Uninstalled after 5mins MAX!

Database is lacking

I tried this app to see if it would correctly identify two crystals - bloodstone and Iolite. I made sure the was focused and well lit and It identified them both as obsidian but at the same time it noted that they were not in their database.

Unfortunately there are better apps out there.

Tu ne peux pas faire beaucoup de choses. Il faut payer ( pas obligatoirement )et ça c’est dommage ça sans payer tu n’accèdes à pas beaucoup de choses mais sinon les infos données sur les pierres sont très bien et l’identification marche bien.

Free version is a library

Free version only allows 3 “identifications” even if it is not able to identify stones/gems it still uses up one of the 3. So if you’re looking for an app that you can use for free to identify stones this is NOT the one. If you’re looking for an app that has a library of previously identified stones it’s ok but not for stones you have that you are unsure of
