New in this version Employee Efficiency A new efficiency dashboard shows your overall efficiency score and rating alongside a full breakdown: hours worked against standard hours, work orders assigned and completed, first pass yield, quality-adjusted efficiency and productivity. Switch between this week, last week and the last 30 days, and review your completed work orders in the same place. Improvements • Tapping a push notification now opens the record it refers to — a leave request, an expense, a task or a chat — instead of just the app. Fixes • Expense status now reflects whether an expense has been paid. • The upcoming holidays list no longer shows holidays that have passed.
