Use COnnect to manage cross-platform conversations, review important messages, and stay aligned across different work identities. Task workflows are also part of the core navigation, helping teams connect conversations with ownership, progress, and next steps. Key capabilities: Manage messages, contacts, and task context in one workspace Switch between work accounts directly from the message list Keep unread messages and collaboration context visible Manage account, security, notification, and preference settings clearly Turn conversations into trackable follow-up and progress COnnect is designed for users who work across multiple accounts, conversations, and team workflows.
