Poor user interface
There is no connection to the CSA on demand account. The register fields in the app are not even labelled. One would not know if a name, email address, or password is required, unless they made a guess - because they did not even bother to check mobile compatibility. No books in the library can be connected. I am not sure how this app is useful.

This app was promised as apart of my b149 purchase. The app does not work.
Why bother making this app
The whole point getting the e version of the electrical code was to have it on my iPad. This app doesn't even let me log in and the web version is not great either. Considering the price of the book I would have expected something functional, I’m truly disappointed.

Terrible app which is sad because its so needed
This app is so bad it is neglectful on the part of CSA and it literally contributes to the lack of adherence to safety standards in Canada. Having the code books in your phone should be compulsory in 2022 but due to this TERRIBLE app it is not even feasible. Shame on you.

Will not let download anything. What’s the point of buying an ebook if you can not use it. CSA should refund everybody and send out hard copies.

Not user friendly at all. Have ordered an ebook and app keeps crashing. Going to try and get the actual book. The developer should be fired!

Just spent $300 on pdf’s I can’t access from my phone because the app appears to not comply with internet and email standards established in 1982.

No good needs heavy updating
I purchased 184$ e-book codebook that cant be seen on my iPhone app. Seems like the app is not compatible with i phone 11 or something. I will try to get refunded the e book and buy a hard copy. To bad. Hope the app is fixed, csa is a pretty large company making a lot of money that requires you to buy new code books every 3 years. I feel like there can be more time put into the app.

Awful
App is awful for Iphone 12. I can’t see any of the field descriptions when signing in or registering. I can’t download anything to view. It doesn’t sync with the database to acknowledge I have bought books. Just put us out of our misery and get rid of it.

I would have giving this app a 0 star but there wasn’t that option! It won’t allow me to download any books. I deleted the app and than reinstalled it still nothing. What a joke!
Pire achat à faire
On achète un document en version PDF qui est censé être portable (selon la définition de PDF) et impossible de le faire fonctionner sur un appareil mobile. On nous dit que la seule manière d’y accéder, après achat, c’est d’installer cette app qui ne fonctionne tout simplement pas. Pas possible de se connecter à son propre compte, donc ils peuvent dire “Merci pour votre cash! Bonne chance pour avoir vos document, car notre travail est fait, l’application existe, ce n’est pas notre trouble qu’elle ne fonctionne pas!”.

Nothing loads. Cant even buy current electrical code book. Even when registering doent do anything for you.
Don’t wast your $$$
This app is garbage. No indication on search progress, slow as mélasses. And now lately keeps preventing me opening the app. Upon reinstall I can’t open full version of my books. Only sample of books download. Save the extra cash and just get the ePub version.

Pas foutu d’envoyer le code pour le bon livre ou bien cest que l’application fonctionne pas. Alors je suis dans l’embarras a cause de vous j’ai besoin de mon livre maintenant mais va falloir attendre que vos bureau ouvrent.
