No bill pay

No bill pay on mobile app

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used

Technically it works for the most basic check deposits, but that is it. Have some pride in your work guys, this app is embarrassing and doesn’t make me want to do business with you in the future.

Fix mobile check deposit

Checks now include a box to select for indicating mobile deposit but the app rejects any checks with this feature. So now I’ve selected this “mobile deposit only” box and can’t deposit it via mobile. Awesome.

Second rate UI

Not only has CSB for Business accounts botched their web UI, now they’ve brought that experience to their mobile app.

1. They used the exact same name and logo for the Business account app that is used for the personal account app. The previous business app had a different logo. Now on my phone I can’t tell them apart.

2. Launch and login. No Face ID supported.

3. Home page shows nothing useful. Have to click to see my balances. Two more clicks and a scroll to see a list of transactions from the last 6 days only.

4. No help or contact us. This is the same as in the website. There is no way to contact the bank online.

Mobile Deposit terrible

1. Every single check a separate deposit, no batch of checks function
2. Rejecting every check because it looks for “for mobile deposit only” even though clearly printed on the check
3. Had to manually capture checks from major insurance company because app could not recognize front side of check
4. Multiple items “rejected” then ultimately posted, wasting efforts to recapture image.
5. I have used mobile deposit apps for Peoples, Citizens, Bank of America, US Bank, multiple vendors. Never so frustrated.
