You are making it more and more difficult to use both the mobile app and the pc site.
The โsecurity safeguardsโ are too restrictive. The same pc or app I use every day are not recognized and require too many hoops to be continually jumped thru.

Shut off card without knowledge
Find out debit card was shut off at my birthday supper. No voicemails, calls, text or anything to notify me this was to happen. Call to bank and was to call fraud center, 30 mins later itโs the banks fault wanting information regarding my residence. Poor business practices and knowledge pertaining to the card situation I need help
