These guys are incredible. Seriously talk about a person that used to have a delinquent past. Who now owns a small successful business and these guys took a chance on me from the beginning. When they didn’t have to. Especially. Kellee who is the bank manager and used to be at the Mount Vernon Rd. location but I’m assuming first Avenue now. She’s just awesome. The entire bank and their staff has everything you wanted to be. How about the opportunity to change bank and I wouldn’t even consider it ever

Frustrating
You are making it more and more difficult to use both the mobile app and the pc site.
The ‘security safeguards’ are too restrictive. The same pc or app I use every day are not recognized and require too many hoops to be continually jumped thru.

Shut off card without knowledge
Find out debit card was shut off at my birthday supper. No voicemails, calls, text or anything to notify me this was to happen. Call to bank and was to call fraud center, 30 mins later it’s the banks fault wanting information regarding my residence. Poor business practices and knowledge pertaining to the card situation I need help
