Worst online banking system
I have accounts with multiple banks and this is hands down the least convenient and most difficult to access. Online deposit should have an automatic light when taking pics, face recognition rarely works, check out some of your competitors such as Veridian CU for a streamlined experience. Otherwise no complaints about CSB

Transferring between accounts
I can’t seem to transfer between account on the app anymore. I have to use the desktop version.

Like the improvements, but wish it would display horizontally.
Absolutely terrible
Worst app I’ve ever used. Wouldn’t use it if I didn’t have to, never saves my username or if I enter the password wrong once I have to reset it and my numbers never listed so I end up having to call.
