Can’t give any lower than 1 star
This app is literally trash it seems like there’s always an issue when I try to view my balance or load into the app. I’m not really too sure how hard it is to run a banking app but at this point i just deleted it because how inconsistent it is. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

im on week 2 and a half of not being able to load the app. i have to drive to my bank atm to see my account balance.

App is useless and doesn’t even work.. Will not let you log in. Constant load screen.. Terrible app for a terrible BANK!
FIX YOUR APP
All it does after entering password is load and load and load…. Nothing happens but a loading screen. FIX IT
Won’t let me sign in
I have used this app ever sense I started my bank account now all of a sudden it won’t let me sign in. I have tried all my passwords and usernames that I set up for this account and telling me it does recognize my account. If something happened to my account or my password got changed or username you should call me to let me know or shut down my account instead of me trying to log in to see if I can stuff for Christmas for family

App doesn’t load properly most times
The latest version has been a nightmare on my iPhone. With Touch ID turned on the app never prompts me to use Touch ID feature and doesn’t work when I try to use it plus half the time it won’t acknowledge my log on password. This is the only app demonstrating these issues. I don’t find it easy or user friendly at all. Bank customer service couldn’t help either they suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app which I did numerous times and ways so without any other ideas from customer service they blame it on my Iphone

App doesn’t load half the time
Some days I can see my balance and other days the app won’t load. Pretty inconsistent.
