Mobile deposit issues
I like the app but I struggle getting the mobile deposit to go smooth. I also wish we could get Zelle payments into business accounts soon! Sometimes the transfers are confusing showing the amounts twice but I have got use to that.
IOS 18.4
IOS is required on my perfectly good iPad. Apple has decided I’ve had my iPad long enough so they won’t let me upgrade any higher than 17.xx. Now the banks IT department has decided that in order to use their mobile app on an iPad the iPad must be running 18.4. I’m sure one of the reasons will be for security. I guess that means the banks mobile app has been insecure for years. Wow, makes me wonder.

This is the worst website i have ever navigated. i just want to pay my damn bill and you make it impossible. know i know what your game is, late payments . Horrible. can i change by loan bank?

FIX DEPOSIT!
Every time I get a check, I’ve got to take about 300 pictures of the back of my check for it to deposit. It gets rejected over and over until finally it doesn’t. It says “you must endorse check for mobile deposit” and it is ALWAYS ENDORCED. PLEASE fix this.

Whatever I try to submit A deposit it keeps saying deposit rejected must endorse it usually takes about 20 try’s before it goes through .

Pleasantly Surprised!!
I didn't expect such an advanced mobile banking app from such a small town bank. I was absolutely surprised when I first downloaded the app and used it. Very easy to use, good looking interface, love that I have the option for touch sign in with my fingerprint scanner on my iPhone, love that right on the first page of the dashboard I can see all of the recent transactions for all my accounts, love that I have the option to add bank accounts from OTHER banks. Good job Citizens!!

Terrible.
Cannot even transfer money between accounts without the app crashing. Citizens bank continues to make things frustrating.
