I hate this app
I hate this app and everything about it. I been with CSE for a few years now and this app has never gotten any better with performance wise, it locks you out constantly and if it’s the weekend nobody can help you until Monday. It’s also not pleasant on the eyes and basic but somehow broken. Save yourself a headache find a different bank with a better app and better services.

Easy
I love my CSE app because of the ease of use. Easy transfers, easy deposits, easy bill pay, etc.
Currently Inaccessible
We have been customers for several years but the app does not let us access our account. It creates an endless cycle returning us to the login screen every time we try to access it. We have iPhones (16+) on the most recent iOS. The app is currently useless and we have to do our banking deposits in person.

Never works.
Worst app on my phone. It’s my bank account. I can’t even use my own bank account app. Glitches, never lets me log in.
Fix the issue
I always have to exit the app and go back and open it before I can log in and or check my balance

Stop turning off FaceID. Its really annoying.
Good but can be so much better.
I have 2 credit union accounts so I can compare each of the mobile apps side by side. I absolutely love getting a notification that a transaction has occurred from CSE. Yet it doesn’t tell you how much, from whom, or whether it’s a deposit or a debit transaction without logging in. My OTHER credit union app DOES! To use mobile Bill Pay you HAVE to physically put in your password again; even though I’m already logged in. Come on developers, you can do better! CSE, seeing what my transactions actually ARE when I have signed up for the Alerts on my account, would be incredibly helpful, easy and nicer without having to then go and log into my account and figure out what the notification is for. I know it can be done because my other credit union CAN and does! Otherwise I can see the CSE app has come a long way in the past few years but technology has surpassed this app. Please catch up. You can do it!

Easy online banking app. Great people, always so friendly when you go to the bank.

App will install but will not open. Comes up with a screen that mentions Touch ID and then closes completely out.
Not good
The app keeps signing me out at random times. My password will stop working and if I go to forgot password that does not work as well. I always have to call support to fix it and it’s annoying.
