Terrible
This app has always worked. Somewhat. But recently something is always wrong. I can’t even log in to the app using biometrics because then it won’t let me in at all. It’s ridiculous
BAD APP
THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER
Needs some work and mobile check deposit
Aesthetically needs cleaned up a lot. Not sure why the account overview isn’t the default Home Screen. Just make drop down menus for the header sections of the menu.
The biggest disappointment so far for me in this app is the lack of mobile check deposit. I’m moving my accounts from a small, local bank about the same size as this organization, and they’re app had the ability to do check deposit in their app. That needs to be a huge priority in the next update! The flexibility that you gain with that option is incredible!
Make those changes, and that will improve the app quite a lot.

Instant transfer
zelle is not an option & i'm no longer able to use cash app
Suggestion
Make the app easier to navigate. Lose the side bars make it a page with the same links right there. Make transfers from members easier and more trustworthy by adding a name when you enter a number or account number. And add Zelle to the app. Join the growth.
Asking for a qualification code?
Trying to transfer funds from MY savings to MY checking. Something I’ve done many times over. Now it asks me for a qualification code with a “sign in” button. Tried my password…nope. Probably a FAQ but no instructions on where to get the code. Not in my text messages, not in my email. This is ridiculous. I get making banking safe, but it’s useless if I can’t do my banking. Every upgrade makes using your app worse.

Forgot Password
Unfortunately my iPhone decided to not save my new password and so I clicked on forgot password link. I have clicked on the app so many times and on the website and still haven’t received the link for two days. It’s a bad look when financially you act like a big bank but your technology is on subpar compared to retail and food apps.

Can’t login
I haven’t been able to log into my account for 3 days now and I have even tried changing my password
Login and password
Having to change my password constantly is the worst part about the app. It’s simple to use on all levels. But the password shouldn’t have to be changed every day or so
Horrible
App turns of Face ID off without being prompted. Forgets User ID. I have had to unload and reload app multiple times.
Very Poorly Made
App never saves login info, even a basic new programmer can do that. URL not found errors always when trying to pull up balance. This is enough inconvenience to leave the credit union for another bank with a functioning app truthfully.
Inconsistent
My login information is saved for about 5 or 6 uses before the app “forgets” it and I need to enter it again. This app needs updated more than once a year to keep up with iOS updates and bugs.
2002 Technology
I normally do not write reviews. But this app is awful. They need to find an 8 year old from the local elementary school to redo this app for them. The bank itself is amazing! The app, not so much.
Worst app
Literally crashes every 2 mins if you can even get it to open good luck doing anything on this!!
Garbage
The app literally does not work. I can log into the terrible website, but not the terrible app. Just about the most worthless app on the App Store. If it locally convenient, I’d close my accounts and move everything.
New Update
The recent update is awful. Everything is small, hard to read and too simple and boring looking. This is way worse than the last version of the app. Not only is the app significantly harder to use, but I think it looks bad. The text is small, black and white, and sometimes only takes up a small portion of the screen, which leaves the rest of the screen blank.

ZERO STARS
This update is terrible! It’s takes far too long to do anything! The original app was best but that’s long gone. I suggest skipping the app and go directly to the website.
Way behind the times!
With every update, the app...both graphically and functionally, gets worse! Pales in comparison to what other institutions are doing. This app would have been great in 2007, but we are light years from that and we deserve a better member experience!
New update is SO MUCH BETTER
I just deleted my prior scathing review to replace it with this: thank you for the new updates!! I first noticed them 4/12/21. Thank you for listening to the users and making this app so much more user friendly!!
