Can’t even login

Asked to put a pin in which I do and hit next at the bottom of the screen. Then asked to confirm PIN but also to decide on biometrics which pushes the input window over the next button and I can no longer continue.

Instant vouchers are not instant

My instant voucher took almost an hour to arrive. It could take even longer. So awkward if visiting a store to see if item is in stock and suitable before ordering voucher hoping to use it to pay there and then.

Offers at best bang average

I do love being a member of cssc sadly this app is poor. For example you are about to buy a high value product from Argos and then it says “voucher out of stock please try again later” then you go buy a digital voucher oh too late! I ordered the card that goes in the post which will be delivered in the post not the digital one which you can scan easily at the till….thats £100 gone….which will have to go on the next family shop….also they don’t email you that you have bought a voucher the order history is there but its not clear when this card (i didn’t want from asda will arrive if at all!) then on top of this unlike Eden red savings it doesn’t automatically takeoff the saving it accrues in their cash-back bank you have to go in and withdraw and you have to wait for pending transactions even though the money has gone bang out of your bank account instantly when you order! You have to wait till you have £5 or more to then take your cash-back out. I wouldn’t bother the % are less than other affiliate company offers as well.

Notifications still come up when logged out.

Turned off push notifications and logged out of app yet everyday I still get push notifications. If I’ve turned them off on the phone and app how can you still be able to do that?
Buying cinema tickets is a pain, sign into app to sign in again to buy tickets.
Simple fixes to create a better user experience, how hard can that be? 🤨

Vouchers open in a browser and not in the app

The app is good, helps with some savings and it’s easy to find retailers and keep track on your cashback. after the update better look and feel. Still missing the remaining balance on the vouchers though. However, my main issue now is that it’s opening my vouchers on a browser and not within the app. Couldn’t find a setting to change that as it’s a bit annoying. Other than that all good.

Great with one big flaw

I really like the app but it quite easy to lose track of how much balance different cards have. I would greatly appreciate the ability to add notes or a custom names to each card so I can note down the remaining amount myself!

You can add a custom name when activating your card but this cannot be updated at present. We hope this doesn't stop you enjoying the app and appreciate any further feedback.

On the move savings

Really like the app. I used to sit in the cafe at IKEA working out how much I would be buying but now it’s fast enough that I can buy more vouchers while at the till! I’d previously written a review about not being able to access register my devise and the developers responded saying they’d fixed it, so thanks team :)

Well only taken them few years but the app has had a revamp and now works on an iPhone mini

Notification settings ignored

Even with notifications turned off both in the app and on the website I am still getting push notifications with spam on a regular basis from this app. Emails to support and pretty much ignored.

Not working

Have downloaded app and can not get past create pin window. Freezes and can not go any further. Been like the for a while now

Utter rubbish can’t even set up!

Can’t set up pin because it is so badly designed the confirm pin button is under the screen handle bar so can’t be pressed! Doesn’t work on a newer iPhone (without a home button), total design fail!

Easy to use!

Easy to use app. Downloaded and been using since. Even purchased digital vouchers in a store, got through in a few minutes and spent straight away. Cashback straight into my account. Would certainly recommend!

Really bad user experience

Go into buy cinema tickets,
Click on the cinema link
it goes to a page with a filter button, which as there is only one option cinema tickets is just silly after working out you have to click on a picture of a ticket
It goes to the next page online discounts with only a single button to click on, what’s the point of this page?
 but click on the button and
It goes to a page asking whether you want to use the discount !! I’ve gone through the last 3 pages yes I do!
You now finally get to page where you get to select the cinema.
What a user journey, why not go straight to this page from the first link?
