Probably CSUSB’s best work yet.
Like many things at CSUSB it barely works and is completely not functional in many aspects.

Able to view on my phone so it is a W in my opinion.
A disaster
Abs awful and doesn't work. Works like a mobile web page that doesn't work, doesn't have a mobile app framework.
Useless due to duo
The app is useless and annoying because of the verification needed every time
Stale request
The account constantly is sent to a stale request making it difficult to log in.
“Stale Request”
Seems like every other time I try to log in after opening the app, I get shown a “stale request” screen” that I’m not sure how to deal with (besides resetting the app). Please fix this.

Not reliable
This app hardly ever allows me to log in. I keep receiving a stale request notification. This makes being able to do stuff on the go near impossible.

Unusable, the association with DUO makes it near impossible to login.
Dual Authentication Issue
To login, you have to use another app to approve your login as a dual authentication system. Problem is however, every time to back out of MyCoyote app to use the dual authentication app, it registers as a stale request canceling your login.

Don't waste your time, you are better off using a web browser
Worst app
This is one of the worst academic institution supported apps out there. It always says stale request due to the Duo Two Step Login which is mandatory. I am never able to get into my account through the app. Please fix this!
Do better
This app is horrible. It constantly logs you out, gives you stale requests, and takes forever to load. Not to mention the two-factor authentication that slows it down even more. How is a student supposed to even use this to their advantage if it doesn’t work.

Stale requests, constant crashes, and no mobile support for the site.
Impossible to Log In
So many issues with this app. It’s extremely hard to log into. So many work arounds have to be done in order to access. Password shows up blank and then gives Stale request error on first attempt before even loading. Then Duo approval makes the log in more difficult because it doesn’t allow or work with the toggle back and forth without error pages. Please fix it!

STALE REQUEST on Mobile
Have not been able to log in once on my phone. iPad works fine.
Stale Request
I see “stale request” constantly as an error message in this app, as well as other apps for CSUSB including the CSUSB recreation and wellness app. I had to get a physical digital One card because the app shows “stale request” instead of the digital One card. Please fix bugs to make this app accessible for older phones.

This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used
Absolutely terrible. Logging in every time is hard enough, it doesn’t save your username or password and keeps giving me this stale request message, whatever that means. Difficult to navigate and overall, awful. If I didn’t have to have it it would be gone in a heartbeat. Fix your app
Unusable With The New Duo Two-Factor.
This app was already a pain to use due to the constant log outs when closing the app, now the app is practically unstable due to the new Duo Two-Factor. I can’t even log in because accepting the Dup Push Notification completely logs me out so I’m stuck in an endless cycle of not being able to log in on mobile.

Log in button NOT WORKING, so I tapped on myCoyote to the left
What I did instead was just tap on the black my coyote to the left instead of the blue log in to the right. It FINALLY worked this way, but nobody is prolly going to read this n know! Please fix whatever issue is going on with the blue link at top right corner LOGIN TO MY COYOTE —>
