Decade later, still not usable
I really don’t have a professional way to state this, but the app is hot App is inconsistent loading what it needs to load, reroutes in app to an even-worse internet browser to load any useful info, and is plagued with the most user-unfriendly setup. I really don’t know if this review will do much for SOMEONE to completely overhaul the design, it just completely baffles me how a UC school cannot take the time or effort to clean up what’s supposed to be he main portal for alumni. Please please hire a professional to take care of this and stop relying on IT student interns to handle this.

Why is the parking app so bad
No only is it predatory and unnecessary to charge students already paying thousands a semester to attend a **public** school… you’re also going to have for profit parking lots. So we’re paying hourly for parking … but then the parking app is also horrendous. Like come on! At least use our hard earned… in debt… money to get a decent parking pay app.

Doesn't work for cougar courses
On my phone it repeatedly ask me to sign in. Every time I do it just refreshes the page instead of signing in. This problem just started recently

Layout is great but the entire app is filed with bugs. It would be nice to see more updates.
