Multiple tries to contact customer service, multiple cash outs I’m STILL waiting on 7 months-12 months later, more than 5 times contacting customer support, and I even USE THE AFFILIATE WALLET RAN BY THE SAME PPL. the price for the mining isn’t worth the small returns, just a million notifications to upgrade and spend more and more money when you’ll actually probably never see it transferred to your wallet. Don’t make the same mistakes as me! Have paid hundreds of dollars for this software but finally just ended all miners and plans that I bought.
Just an update, it’s now JUNE and I’ve still never heard back from this company. Total scam.

This app is pathetic, they say “our app has all the all new nitro feature ! to give ur miner a boost ! I’ve been trying to use it for a week and every time I hit the button after waiting 10 minutes for it to activate, it says nitro boost temporarily out of service! Why don’t you say permanently out of service! Because it doesn’t ever work ! And if it does it’s not worth it! It’s also not really mining , and they set it up so that the miners progressively get slower and you don’t even get the money u paid for each miner back ! U end up getting less! Just another crypto scam!!!

The best app no competition
I have used CT for the entirety of its history and have used every other app there has been and is coming out now I just keep a few others around the second best and worst I’m waiting to see them convert to a more CT like experience lol then I might spend a few bucks there

Only thing I’d suggest as an improvement is automatic withdrawals. Allow us to choose how much the system automatically withdraws to our nc wallet. Automatic withdrawal minimum should start at $25 or $50 then increase depending on the users desire. Other than that, great app.

Well, yes, it has been a while. I came back and I had a couple of hundred in my account and now things has gotten a lot easier on all your platforms. There is plenty of money to be made as long as you know how to do your math and crypto to have you such a great job at customer service.

SCAM PLEASE READ!
Not sure how this is still on the App Store. I poured hundreds of dollars into this and cashed out over 3,000 dollars in 2024. They have not ever paid out. They say be patient, I’m not sure how much more patient they want me to be! DONT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS! You’ll be very sorry! They leave a message on here that sounds like they will fix the problem, but their response when I contacted them, was to be patient. They will get you, it all sounds good, don’t make the same mistake I made!

I already contacted their support, weekly, for two years. All I got back was similar, automated responses which ignored my pleads and requests to release 2000+ usd worth o my Bitcoin they stole!
Been using their products and as soon as you invest and withdraw about %50 of your initial investment the payouts stop.
Normal small mining payouts continue to lure people ins stay away, stay away stay away!
I have found the owner of the registered business (he owns various companies across Latvia) and I have reported all of them relating to this to Latvian and European authorities.

This is a really cool app
This is fraud
Do not use any Apps affiliated with this brand, they do not process withdrawals and their “team” cannot actually track any transactions, despite it all being done on the blockchain. It should all be easily traced being on the blockchain, however they are incapable. They simply steal your funds and make excuses why they cannot process withdrawals. It doesn’t matter what wallet you use, you will never see your money again, definitely won’t make any. Even their support is fake and simply come from “different people”, however they never understand what you are trying to say nor will they address anything directly, most likely a bot farm. Apple needs to remove them from the App Store and block their access to develop further Apps to steal from people.

Not been paid out in over 1.5yrs
I have been a loyal user and have spent thousands on purchasing miners and supporting Cryptotab! I have had multiple withdraws requested and yet have I seen a single deposit to my wallet! A total of 7 requests to withdraw to CT wallet. In beginning had no issues with withdraws. Now, can’t even get a response from the 30 emails sent to support asking for a resolution just to be ignored. There is not even an option to select for transaction information to track the request or to reference when emailing support! SMH. Shame that a company with such an influx of customers and at the time BTC rising like crazy would ignore and set aside customers whom supported them in the beginning. Guess ya didn’t want to payout all that money when price was high which explains why they have been concerned with it as price falls! At this point keep the damn money. Help ya pay for the indictments!

Trash and useless if I wanted to manually turn on the miner I bought I would of told you guys. Deafeat the whole purpose of mining in the background or thinking you mining when in reallty the miner is off
