In response to developers response to my previous review , telling me to ask for help in the same place I have several times; I will document my interaction here with CT pool , my account currently being suspended I have use the support link and messaged with my account details

My mine was closed down and NC wallet they pomote was emptied of all crypto. 7000$ total spent on 3 year mine speeds.

After using CT pool for a year, I logged in with my email , but my account is my Apple ID , same email. Instead of fixing my account , with every communication possible 10 times over, CT pool just suspends account and provides no support , the closest thing to support is they respond to this comment to attempt to save face while they scam me

Stay away. I bought lot of miners. They let me mine for few months and then blocked an account. I got back probably 5% of my money. “NICE BUSINESS”. Never replied to my emails. Just ignoring. If you value our money stay away. Don’t make my mistake.
Absolute scam
I requested a withdrawal of only $7 worth of bitcoin at most and to this day it is still processing. It’s been over two months!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR INVEST IN THIS APP!!

It’s been 22 days and the problem of not being able to login is now changed to account suspension. Typical scam right.

Its been 11 days and still no fix on login…will report to apple for fraudulent activity if not fixed within 15 days.

Its been 9 days and still no fix on login…losing hope.

Its been 6 days and still no fix on login…imagine spending on miners worth almost 40,000 and earning 40 per day and not able to claim it for 6 days. i will update again in few days and hopefully there’s still hope that this is not a scam.

Its been 3 days im not able to login to my account anymore, they acknowledged some customers have issues with login and they are trying to resolve it, lets see if they will be able to fix it…i will update again in few days.
Observe your purchase, im receiving lesser amount of crypto every month…i purchased more miners to increase mining but instead the amount i received is even lower than before i purchased new miner. It doesnt make sense, its like you buy then they give you something then they encourage you to buy more but they will give you less.

I used to have good things to say about this app. I used to have GREAT things to say about this app. But that all changed around the end of April this year. Once I hit around 50k satoshi withdrawn, my ability to withdraw was abruptly suspended without warning or explanation. Multiple Inquiries to customer support over the past months have proven fruitless. No responses other than the automated “we got your message” and then only silence. No help, no explanation, no resolution in sight, ~$500 of my money now in their pockets and I’m left in the lurch!!! And they have the gall to continue sending marketing emails to me.

Great App
I’ve been using this application for three years. I started when I was released from prison. My mistake was not investing weekly. If I had, I’d have more high quality miners and better profits. Only thing I don’t appreciate is the fact that some coins were taken out with the updates. USDT and usdc were taken off the mining list so you have to convert other coins to USDT or USDC. I suggest putting the main coins back on the list. Oh, and the automatic withdrawals were great until it was taken out. Other than that, CT Pool and CT Farm are amazing. I’m referring people every day.

The app promises one thing but doesn't deliver; it tricks you at first, then finds a way to block your access. It's just like a pyramid scheme—stay away.

CT pool , crytoTab browser, crypto tab mx all the Applications are scamming . I am requesting Apple Store kindly remove from Apple App Store, and take action all the app helpline are not responding they are collecting money from the public , it’s fraud

Withdraw
Made a withdraw to BTC address in my PayPal app and two weeks later still processing. Contacted customer support 3 times and no response. Finally went through after I threatened to not purchase anymore miners.

Still banned but found out nc wallet and ct pool are twins. So having failed the KYC I now cannot login to cr pool, Might have figured it out we’ll see if yall can fix this KYC. Because I’m not showing yall fake news and identification. This is me!!

Can’t login
It’s been almost 4 days and I’ve spent 4k on mining rates … I get that code 1005 ; seems a lot of people are being locked out once they met there amount spent in mining .. getting in contact with them is a joke ; no response ; they said they fixed the problem via twitter but I seen a lot of people say they can’t log in. This is ridiculous.
Update: that code was removed and it now states my account is “suspended” with no reasoning . I contact them via twitter and they just blocked my account . This app is a SCAM , PLEASE DONT GET . I am currently in the process of getting this app taken down .
