In my experience, CT Pool behaves like a scam and I strongly warn others not to invest money in this platform.
They aggressively advertise very large hashrate packages, including 100 million hash offers. I purchased around 10 million hash, spending approximately $1,000. After taking my money, they suddenly suspended my account without giving me any clear, reasonable, or transparent explanation.
I was then denied access to the service and investment I had already paid for.
The worst part is their customer support — or basically the lack of it. I have sent multiple emails asking for an explanation and a resolution, but nobody takes responsibility and my emails are ignored.
It is unacceptable for a company to take significant amounts of money from customers, suspend their accounts without a proper explanation, block access to purchased services, and then refuse to communicate.
Based on my personal experience, I consider CT Pool extremely unsafe and untrustworthy.

Scum don’t invest
Worked fine for months invested a lot of money into it and then one day could not login . No help from support , just stupid answers we are aware working on resolving issues and so on

It’s been 47 days since they didn’t let me access my account and suspended it. No update from them.
As of August 18,2026:
It’s been 41 days since they didn’t let me access my account and suspended it. Customer support just says wait since it’s escalated and no need to email again. No update after 41 days so i keep asking for updates every week and post it here.
Wow my old review got removed. Anyway I’m going to warn everyone about this company. They will advertise their product and if you compute the expense it will show that you will get your initial investment in 10-12 months if you purchase the 36 month contract. On the first 3 months the income is real, on succeeding months they will reduce the income and tell you a thousand reasons…then on the 12th month they will suspend your account.

This company refuses to let you withdraw any "bitcoin" you "mined"
It's now been 5 months and my withdraw is processing. Countless emails for them to only respond with "we working on it" yet they let you deposit as much money with them as they can squeeze out of you. They steal your money and don't give you anything back when you want to withdraw. Scam

The app has a clean and modern appearance. Navigation feels simple, which makes the overall experience pleasant.
It works
I don’t know if I am actually making money or not, but I can say that I’ve cashed out about $20 of bitcoin to my NC wallet and then to Coinbase or MetaMask wallet and then to Coinbase where I sold the bitcoin. I enjoy it.
Convenient access
I like being able to manage and monitor things from my phone. The mobile-first experience makes the platform more accessible.

Bad Outweighs the Good
Two major complaints: First, mining works well, but plan WAY ahead for withdrawals. I have completed 9 withdrawals so far. One was done same day. Another took 33 days to complete. Average time to complete a withdrawal is about 8 days. Support will tell you that they are “having difficulties” and instructs you to use their wallet. I don’t want to use their wallet and believe that the long delays may be a strong-arm tactic to make you sign up anyway. Second, your miner gets set to inactive sometimes. Might happen twice in one day or may not occur for a week. Sometimes it happens 30 minutes after you check your balance and go to bed. Then you wake up to find your miner has been “off” for hours. It’s completely random. I’ve read that this it to keep people active, but the machine clearly doesn’t power down when they decide to “turn off” my miner. I paid for it to continue running. Who is keeping the bitcoin mined when they switch my account inactive for those hours?
This is a great service if you are fine receiving your withdrawal at some point in the unknown future and can log in every couple hours to ensure they haven’t set you to inactive status.

In response to developers response to my previous review , telling me to ask for help in the same place I have several times; I will document my interaction here with CT pool , my account currently being suspended I have use the support link and messaged with my account details

Update: Steal Stealing
It's been 5 months now for a simple withdraw. The company refuses to give support, and won't let you withdraw any bitcoin off their app. They will take any money you give them but then they act like you're mining and and won't let you withdraw anything. Total SCAM with POS employees
