No support
Seems ok at first. Then when you try to withdraw your BTC it can take weeks or months. No support from these folks at all. After writing this review they tell me to contact support, which has been done several times and no response.

CT pool , crytoTab browser, crypto tab mx all the Applications are scamming . I am requesting Apple Store kindly remove from Apple App Store, and take action all the app helpline are not responding they are collecting money from the public , it’s fraud and cheating with people

Got bunch of miners for 36 months. Was mining for few months. Got back about 5% of my investment. Then account was suspended. Tech support just ignored all my emails. JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY TO YOURSELF. Stay away as far as you can.

It’s been 68 days and now they are not responding.
As of September 7, 2026:
It’s been 61 days and they are now pretending they are helping by asking for KYC every few days (they asked me 3 times already) using different agents and say “wait” for update. I notice “killbot” is also warning others.
As of August 31, 2026:
It’s been 54 days and no reply on suspension…
As of August 18,2026:
It’s been 41 days since they didn’t let me access my account and suspended it. Customer support just says wait since it’s escalated and no need to email again. No update after 41 days so i keep asking for updates every week and post it here.
Wow my old review got removed. Anyway I’m going to warn everyone about this company. They will advertise their product and if you compute the expense it will show that you will get your initial investment in 10-12 months if you purchase the 36 month contract. On the first 3 months the income is real, on succeeding months they will reduce the income and tell you a thousand reasons…then on the 12th month they will suspend your account.

Account Resolution
I emailed them for over two months now and they still have not responded about resetting my account from suspension. They know I was close to getting one BTC so they got greedy.

Funktioniert nachweislich optisch und auch die Transaktionen funktionieren. Rein rechnerisch gibt es ungefähr das zurück was man investiert hat. Täglich einloggen und den Miner aktivieren ist extrem nervig und technisch gesehen unnötig. Jetzt zum September 2026 noch schlimmer, man kann den Miner nicht mehr selbst zurücksetzen. Hat man den festen Zeitpunkt verpasst, dann seht das Mining still. Fazit , einmal gekauft, aber kein zweites Mal
