Scum don’t invest

Worked fine for months invested a lot of money into it and then one day could not login . No help from support , just stupid answers we are aware working on resolving issues and so on

Pending login, update issue

Temporarily update if my review because I appreciate the developer response,

It has been over a week now and I still get error 1005 ,

I’m pretty sure it made 2 account one with Apple ID and one with the email from my Apple ID giving me to user ID

This happened after I made a purchase on CTfarm and other ct product, I was only trying to spend more with CT , I hope it gets resolved soon.

Most likely fraudulent

As of July 15,2026:
Its been 11 days and still no fix on login…will report to apple for fraudulent activity if not fixed within 15 days.

As of July 13,2026:
Its been 9 days and still no fix on login…losing hope.

As of July 10,2026:
Its been 6 days and still no fix on login…imagine spending on miners worth almost 40,000 and earning 40 per day and not able to claim it for 6 days. i will update again in few days and hopefully there’s still hope that this is not a scam.

As of July 7,2026:
Its been 3 days im not able to login to my account anymore, they acknowledged some customers have issues with login and they are trying to resolve it, lets see if they will be able to fix it…i will update again in few days.

Observe your purchase, im receiving lesser amount of crypto every month…i purchased more miners to increase mining but instead the amount i received is even lower than before i purchased new miner. It doesnt make sense, its like you buy then they give you something then they encourage you to buy more but they will give you less.

APP DOES NOT WORK since update

Since the app did an update approximately 2 weeks ago, the app has not worked. I have contacted support multiple times and gotten no reply. It worked very good prior to the update, a little slow to pay out, but overall not bad. BUT now I cannot even use it.

Best mining app

Really happy with CT Pool. The app is easy to use and the tasks are simple once you get used to them. Payments are genuine and I recieved them without any issue. Been using it for some time now and my experience is very good. Sometimes there are less tasks, but overall it's a great app to earn a little extra in free time. Would recomend it to anyone looking for flexible online work.

Can’t login

It’s been almost 4 days and I’ve spent 4k on mining rates … I get that code 1005 ; seems a lot of people are being locked out once they met there amount spent in mining .. getting in contact with them is a joke ; no response ; they said they fixed the problem via twitter but I seen a lot of people say they can’t log in. This is ridiculous.

Scam

Worked for a year. Problem is I bought miners for 3 years. Now it won’t let me log in and gives me an error code. Still works fine on my other devices with only one miner. Clearly they decided to lock me out of the account that makes the best money.

DO NOT INVEST MONEY THIS IS A SCAM

I’ve been using ctpool for over 5 months and everything has gone smoothly until frequently. Have spent over 2000$ on the app as I believed it was legit. I’ve been having a few problems withdrawing and contacted Costumer service however upon checking my account a day later it appears to be deactivated. I am able to log in with other email account but not the one with all the purchases. Customer service has yet to respond. Until this is solved I’m going assume that this is an absolute SCAM
