Clunky, slow, and clearly not made by people who use it
iPhone app is Buggy; Closes out mid-listing. Upload process kills photo quality. Thank you for allowing us to now choose photo upload order. Choosing file or photo is a waste of time when 99% of uploads are photos. Waiting to “download photos” before being given the choice of which photos to upload wastes time cumulatively over a standard 8 hour work day.

App Refreshes Too Much
Having to work this app is painful. Trying to look up more info about items in hopes that the listing you were making won’t get deleted by the app refreshing shouldn’t be such a consistent issue. Looking at past reviews it’s easy to say these folks couldn’t care less, just keep working for all they care.

Oh brother!!!!! Fix it!!!
CTBids, please…please fix your app. As someone who tries to work with this app daily, it is a constant struggle to post listings. The app repeatedly kicks me out or freezes when trying to upload images as .JPEG!! not only that but I have to constantly exit the app and re-enter in hopes that maybe it will saving my listing this time as pending. I can’t take it no more CTBids. My goodness…

Picture quality
After the latest update, pictures taken through the app are coming up blurry and pixelated.
Horrible application
This application has stinks. It constantly freezes up when working with it. They keep updating the application but can’t get it to continually work without freezing up.
Apocalyptically Bad App
Freezes constantly when trying to change from portrait to landscape. Loose sale data when that happens and have to start again. A poor excuse for a work around is to take ONE photo and save to cue. Then go back to cue and edit. Once in edit import photos from my iPhone. Franchise owners, why aren’t you DEMANDING better?! CT is taking money out of your pocket by making us employees unfortunately slow.

guys, please either stop updating this app or just fix it. every time it gets updated is right when we all gets used to how bad it is and its kinda okay, then it gets updated and its horrible in an entirely new way. i beg of u pls make it better or just stop trying to fix it

Why does app need access to my media and Apple Music to function. If I want load from gallery and I give access to all photos, that should be enough. I see no reason have access to any thing else. Kind of strange needing that and if playing music on phone with Bluetooth it shuts down music.
Why is the “camera button so small and so far left of phone. Why not in center? Hard time holding object open and taking picture being right handed.

Suspect
App functions changed when uploading photos from photo album having been the option option, to Photo Album or Files...? Why? Checked the App Settings and it requires you to turn on access to your iTunes and Apple Music!? Again, why??

App never works properly
Takes me 3-4x longer than it should to list items. If your description is longer than one sentence, you get the spinning CT box of frustration and lose all of your progress and have to restart. Very frustrating and makes a long day even longer.

Great time saver
The app allows a user to take photos and videos plus add text quickly by using voice to text to prepare an item to sell on CTBIDS.com
Better than legacy!
While there may still be some kinks to work out, overall my team likes this better than our legacy app especially with the new everything on one single page layout. It makes shooting lots much quicker
Too much unnecessary required access
This app requires the user to give access to ALL photos, your Apple Music and Media, and your microphone or it will not let work properly. Seems fishy to me.
Should have been beta tested way longer
The use of this new app has been nothing but frustrating from the beginning. It feels like developers have no sense of what people in the field really need nor do they have any idea about what accessibility means. The app crashes constantly, there was no priority to make sure the app worked equally between Android and iPhone, and the app requires so much Wi-Fi access to get things done and cleared up, which we don’t always have out in the field. Some of the changes that have been made or positive, but overall, they’re needed to be more user input before this app was released. Franchise owners are paying for the privilege of using a service that doesn’t work.
