Sensor continually drops out of Bluetooth connection. Frustrating to say the least.

Batter voltage scale needs improvement
The battery voltage scale is currently zero to twenty five volts.
This makes it very difficult to examine the small changes in voltage which provide the key information on the status of a lead acid battery.
A better scale would be something like eleven to fifteen volts.
Yes, the state of charge graph is very useful, but if there is a voltage graph it should be useful too.
CTEK products are excellent. I’ve owned a few.
Please update this app and bring it up to the CTEK level of excellence.
UPDATE: Years after making this post, still no update or improvement of this app. It could be so much more. I have purchased other CTEK products recently but am VERY DISAPPOINTED in CTEK’s complete lack of interest in evolving this product to at least provide usable voltage information.

Don’t use this
CTEK Support says that it updates this app to fix critical bugs. That simply is not true. The current app is simply not fit for purpose, and CTEK should be very ashamed of not addressing the problems. I feel completely robbed having purchased this product. Never again. People take note and do not buy CTEK.

Will not clear date.
Cannot clear past data even though it asks to confirm . Show landscape mode and data still showing. The only way to clear is remove sensor and start again

So much wasted potential (updated 2024)
I like the app in general. But it could be so much better. Bug: you still get notifications despite having disabled them in settings ( no status update for 7 days) which is a PITA when your other car is 1600 miles away ....
Update 2024 - tried installing and binding to a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. App just dies after entering the “code” with no warning.

Got worse after update on Apr 2024
After the update, the app gets stuck for minutes. Got slower, already a slow app. I appreciate that they are still supporting but it seems they don’t do enough regression tests before release.
Ok for a week
So basic. Pretty poor though. My actual sender unit no longer connects to my phone via the app. The sticker with the number to connect is long gone. Its a very nice idea to be able to monitor your power usage but it shouldn't be this hard. Not worth the trouble.
Needs an update. Over 1 year since last update
Please update this app as it no longer works ok. Since iOS 17.1.1 on iPhone 15 pro max the voltage shows but the percentage is blank. Just a white box with no green level or %

Initial screen doesn’t allow option to move forward and battery sense is not available for connection - confirmed 12vdc at ctek input

Was Fantastic. Now. Not worth the efforts.
I’ll be removing and replacing all of my Monitors with something more reliable. Unfortunately this product is plagued with app issues.

Can’t get past the “do you give consent” question. There’s no box to tick. How can you make your app so useless when it could be so simple?

It will not connect to iPhone 11 (2 different phones) or an iPhone 13. I am unable to get it to connect with all 3 handsets. Will connect to a Samsung s20+. Do not purchase this it is a discontinued product. I have purchased a ctek 25 amp charger and a 20 amp dc to dc however due to the lack of support and response from ctek I’ll be going with redarc in the future sorry you’ve lost me ctek

Great idea, terrible execution.
The app and associated device just really never work as intended. Had me chasing a phantom battery drain. After considerable amount spent at car dealer and auto electricians it turns out there was no draw and the app and associated battery monitor just have useless data that is mostly in error. Really wish it would just work and be accurate. Especially inaccurate is the SOC reading or estimation.

Impossible to get started
Can’t accept terms and conditions on the initial setup screen, so there’s nowhere left to go. This app needs to be decommissioned. Don’t buy the hardware.
Temperature and voltage are in accurate
The temperature of my battery is currently 12.8 V
And the level of charge is currently 30°C

They no longer produce it but are going to support the app, well isn’t that nice of them! The issue is, if you lose the connection and try to relink it you get a nice pop up message giving the link to this news and then nothing! You can’t relink as your stuck in an endless loop of reading how good they are too you by supporting this no defunct product 🤣 There are cheaper and better products out there that actually work so again AVOID this dead one
