** ctEVV Mobile* is an Electronic Visit Verification app for home care workers and agencies. Record check-in and check-out with GPS verification, sign in quickly with Face ID and get automatic reminders so you never forget to check out. **FOR CAREGIVERS** • **Quick check-in** – Select the person you’re visiting, choose visit type and location, then tap Check In. GPS and time are captured automatically. • **Biometric login** – Use Face ID after your first sign-in for fast, secure access. • **Check-out reminders** – Get a notification 60 minutes after check-in so you can check out on time. The reminder is cancelled automatically when you check out. • **Visit tracking** – Your location is recorded at check-in, during the visit, and at check-out for verification and compliance. **FOR AGENCIES** • **EVV compliance** – Captures the required data: who was served, who provided care, date, time in/out, service type, and location (GPS + address). • **Accurate billing** – GPS-verified visits and automatic timestamps support claims and reduce billing errors. • **Audit trail** – Visit and location history are stored for reporting and audits. **FEATURES** • GPS-verified check-in and check-out • Check-out reminder 60 minutes after check-in (works when app is closed) • Location updates during the visit for verification • List of assigned consumers and visit types • Support for home addresses, other addresses, and nearby locations (e.g., adult day care) • Optional visit notes • Secure sign-in and encrypted storage of credentials on device **PRIVACY & SECURITY** • Location is used only for visit verification during check-in and check-out. • Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in line with EVV and agency requirements. **WHO IT’S FOR** ctEVV Mobile is for care workers and agencies using CozziTech's ctAgencySuite services.
