I ordered this onlineโ€ฆ downloaded the app and start the process as per instructed. Before I do so and see all this negative comment so I paid attention to the process before agree to the term. Not sure the app asked for FULL access to camera/ album so choose DISAGREE and deleted the app.
Total waste of time and money.

Doesnโ€™t connect with my iPad

The App completely fails to connect with the iPad, and is therefore useless to me.

BLE Scanner finds it instantly, Connects, and gives many interesting details about the device ... so I may eventually find a way to use it for something.

... Please try harder !!

The range is absolutely awful you canโ€™t go more than 10 feet away from the tracker or else it will disconnect. And occasionally it will just disconnect for no reason.
