cBots UI is not displayed on cTrader iPad (Version 5.10.140)
Dear cTrader Support,
I am experiencing an issue with cTrader on my iPad.
Device: iPad
cTrader Version: 5.10.140
Broker: Errante
The problem is that cBots run successfully, but their UI/panels are not displayed on the chart.
For example:
ms_RiskManager_English_V
Lot Sizer Pro
PTrader
Smart Trading Box
All of these cBots start successfully (the Start button changes to Stop), but no control panel or graphical interface appears on the chart.
Additional information:
The first time I installed cTrader, one simple cBot displayed its panel correctly. After that, no cBot has displayed its UI.
I have already tried:
Reinstalling cTrader.
Logging out and logging back in.
Restarting the iPad.
Disabling VPN.
Running the cBots on clean charts with no indicators.
The problem persists with all cBots that have chart UI.
Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue with cTrader iOS/iPad version 5.10.140, or if there is a workaround?

These recent updates are getting worse and worse, just revert back to prior updates before all these fancy ui changes. You have a full screen option when on the charts instead of a back button to go to the instrument page, this is one of many useless changes that have been implemented recently. The timeframe used go be smaller and compact now it takes up the whole screen, just awful. Simplicity & Efficiency is key. Go back go at least 1-2 years ago some things should have never changedโฆ

Position arrangement is hard to manage. My Mac desctop application stops by itself 3-5 times a day. Anyway I am still trying to get used to it
