Motion Detection Delay Makes the Camera Miss Important Events
I am very disappointed with the performance of this camera system and app, especially considering the price I paid.
The biggest issue is the motion detection delay. When a person or object enters the camera's view, the notification and recording do not start immediately. Instead, there is often a delay of several seconds before recording begins. By the time the camera starts recording, the person has already passed through the frame, meaning the footage often misses the most important part of the event.
I also receive motion notifications, but when I open them, the recording frequently shows little or nothing useful because the event has already happened before recording started.
A security camera should capture motion as it happens, not several seconds later. This delay seriously reduces the effectiveness of the system and makes it difficult to rely on for security purposes.
I hope the developers address this issue through a firmware or app update, as it is extremely frustrating for customers who have invested significant money in this product.

Can’t get these cameras to recognize my WiFi
Moved to a new location same internet provider . Cameras are not found when searching to be logged in
Full of bugs
It’s a shame, but the cameras are very good quality but the software to run them is a very poor quality. When using the SD card the system does not pick up the footage all the time it either crashes it resets the sea Tronics app it needs to be thoroughly investigated and updated.

Connectivity to the camera is dire. Connectivity to stored recordings is even worse. Incredible amount of false alerts even when on lowest sensitivity. And then if you try to connect to see a live feed, you might as well not bother.

【①アプリ起動時に落ちる】
登録しているデバイスの数が少なければ問題ないが、30〜40台を超えたあたりで、アプリを起動するとアプリが落ちます。3回くらい起動→落ちるを繰り返すと表示されるようになります。(1アカウントのMAX登録台数が64台？)
とりあえず表示できるので我慢していますが、非常に不快感のある症状。
【②ユーザー名とパスワード】
・アプリの再ダウンロード時
・同じアカウントを別のスマホやタブレットでログインした時
『パスワードが間違っています』と表示され未接続になります。
ユーザー名とパスワードがアカウント情報に紐付いていない様子で再入力が必要です。
また、パスワードだけならデバイスをタップして再入力後に接続されますが、
これがユーザー名を(デフォルトのadminから)変更している場合、ユーザー名の再入力はできない仕様です。
結果、いちいちデバイスを全て削除してデバイスの登録をやり直すことになります。
【③共有設定】
ほかのユーザーのメールアドレスを共有設定に登録するとそのユーザーもデバイスの接続ができるようになりますが、
デバイスの登録前に更新をかけると、共有設定した全てのデバイスが『パスワードが間違っています』と未接続の状態で表示されます。
②と同様ユーザー名をadminから変更していると全てのデバイスをいちいち削除して追加し直すハメになります。
【PC版】
HIP2Clientを使用するとパソコンでも閲覧ができます。
Mac版はほぼ更新されていないのでWindows版の方が多少マシです。
こちらだと共有設定の有無は無視されてデバイス追加・閲覧ができます。

センス無さすぎ
app is much better with many updates!
please add 5 or 10 or 15 SECONDS OF PRE-RECORD to the event-recording, so the actual motion appears a few seconds in to the video. please addcontinuous-recording when the motion continues, instead of recording over three or four files (i need one video to provide evidence and its very hard to stitch them together for evidence). zoom is now pinch-stretch with two fingers and much faster than before-very good update. thank-you dev team!!

App Settings not available
I like the cameras, but I had problems with App Settings: the app doesn’t allow to make any changes, settings are frozen. Tried removing and downloading again and no luck. They work for a year then it forces to buy new cameras again. No Support, the app needs improvements.

Ça marche bien j’ai pris un modèle qui permet de mettre ma propre carte SIM. Seul problème gênant le déclenchement des alarmes l’après midi juste parce qu’il y a trop de lumière et ça fait une surexposition mais juste technique rien à signaler. Pouvez vous mettre ça à jour ?

Manque 2 petites choses:
1- Un bouton réglage par défaut de l’alarme humanoïde
2- manque le cadre de détection sur les photos pour voir ce qu’il a détecté quand ce n’est pas un être humain
Cela permettrait de régler plus facilement la détection permettant d’avoir moins de fausse alertes

Not stable
Not stable, I do not recommend going with this company. I have 13 of these cameras and they are setup exactly how the manufacturer suggests. Half the cameras are unavailable randomly and some of them only come online for about an hour after a reboot. Any time I would have wished to catch something on my camera, it was either offline or unusable because the camera rebooted and moved to a random position even though I have preset positions set. I saw promising things when I started building this system and assumed the company would fix these easily fixable issues eventually, but it’s been years and the cameras are junk, app is still garbage and is missing the most important feature you need in a camera. CTRONICS should either give up or do better. I’m surprised they are still in business honestly.

Peu fiable
Aucune IA détectant les humains. La moindre branche qui bouge dans le jardin déclenche un événement d’alarme… j’en ai acheté 5 !!. Je lis maintenant les caméras via un vrai système IA NVR qui lui détecte les humains et n’envoi que des alertes en cas de vraie intrusion humaine et non pas quand une branche ou feuille d’un arbre bouge. Je déconseille fortement car la pub sur la reconnaissance humaine via IA est mensongère. Les images enregistrées sur la carte SD sont souvent saccadées. J’enregistre maintenant via mon NVR.

Noch immer Probleme
Leider einige Fehler bei der Nutzung mit einer Kamerasteuerung. Funktionen können teils nicht genutzt werder oder auch der Zoom am Bildschirm geht nicht usw.
Wichtige Funktionen wie Fokus oder Bewegungen nur sehr umständlich.

Outstanding fix on my dual camera unit
I have one of their dual cameras and before this update it was a pain in the but to view the cannonball view I had to go to a different part of the app to see anything but the stationary wide view video, but noe WOW it shows is in the main screen (4 cameras at once) I just tap it for full screen and there it is. GREAT fix I love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊😊

Würde mich freuen wenn es in der App möglich wäre einen eigenen Mitteilung‘s Ton zu vergeben.
役にたたず
設置後はよかったが、半年もたたずにたびたびオフラインになり映像が映らず。緊急のときのためなのに意味がない。なんのために毎月料金払っているのか。。。
Globalement bien mais application perfectible
J’ai trois caméras type CTIPC qui fonctionnent parfaitement depuis plus d’un an. Petit bémol concernant l’appli. Celle-ci permet de grouper le streaming vidéo mais il n’existe aucune commande pour le groupe, par exemple :
- appeler une des positions préenregistrées ( 1, 2, 3 …) des caméras groupées
- couper l’émission d’alarme pour tout le groupe etc…
Chaque action doit être faite caméra par caméra.
Offrez nous simplement la possibilité de créer des actions personnalisées via « Raccourcis » je suis sûr que vous gagneriez plus d’avis positifs et d’étoiles.
