Frustrating

Constantly logs you out and does not properly tag the login site for autofill. Even when logged in, it takes a long time to load. Essentially a website wrapped in an app that just makes it worse than in the browser.

Annoying and Cumbersome App

The app requires activity tracking across other websites. It doesn’t explain why nor does it explain how to turn it on. I don’t like the security implications of this requirement.

It took an hour for me to figure out precisely how to turn this setting on. On iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn on “Allow Apps To Request To Track”. The app will only make the request the first time you open it. If that setting is off, the app won’t function and you’ll have to delete the app, turn on that setting, reinstall it, and allow the app to track you.

The app doesn’t support FaceID and I have to login EVERY SINGLE TIME I use it. This is ridiculous and super frustrating. There’s no point in using the membership ID function when it’s faster to reach in my pocket and use my ID card.

I deleted the app. I’ll just use the website instead.

Inconvenient

Logs me out every time I close the app and have to resign in to get the barcode wish there was a way to stay logged in
