Bitte Arrangersupport hinzufügen!

Die vorhandenen Funktionen funktionieren gut. Gekauft hatte ich die App in der Hoffnung, dass es eine Arranger Ansicht, die die aktuelle Abspielsequenz oder zumindest das aktuell angewählte Arranger Event zeigt. Das fehlt bislang aber noch. Zwischen den Arranger Events springen kann man über die Shortcuts.

Was ich mir konkret wünschen würde ist eine Ansicht, mit besagter Liste der Arranger Events, Anzeige welches Event aktuell angewählt ist, Möglichkeit zum springen zu anderen Events und Transport Controls (Start, Aufnahme, Stop)

Application pauvre en fonctionnalités

Il manque décidément beaucoup de fonctionnalités pour faire de cette app une app vraiment efficace et valable pour Cubase.
Il n’est pas possible de sélectionner une tranche en cliquant dessus pour ouvrir un édit, ou ouvrir une équipe et la modifier de façon tactile.
Je m’attendais vraiment à mieux de la part de Steinberg

Very useful addition

The only thing missing for me is a keyboard and chord pad triggers. The new larger transport controls are very helpful additions.

Awesome little helper

I’ve been using the app for a good while and more frequent lately due to a reconfiguration of my home studio. Cubase iC Pro is an incredible helpful tool especially when I work on recordings without anybody else being present. For the most part I’m using it to start and stop recordings w/o the need to make a run to my desktop. It is not only a time saver, but also allows me to stay more focused on the parts that I want to record rather than controlling Cubase directly. I’ve tried it in the past, too, but don’t recall how reliable is used to work. It does work flawlessly with Cubase 13 Pro and 14 Pro.

Laufwerksteuerung

Die Tasten fuer die Laufwerkfunktionen sollten farbig ausgefuellt sein wie bei einer echten Kabelfernsteuerung und ggf blinken .Im Eifer des Gefechtes kann man dann Play, Rec, Fw etc besser erkennen. Luft nach oben.

Die Undo/Redo-Funktion sowie die „Big Transport Bar“ in Cubase iC Pro 1.3 sollen den Remote-Recording-Prozess vereinfachen und gleichzeitig den Fokus klar auf die Performance des Künstlers bei der Aufnahme legen – und eben nicht auf die Technik. Undo und Redo ermöglichen es, eine Aufnahme via einfachem Tap zu löschen und sofort neu zu starten. Die neue „Big Transport Bar“ erlaubt die Steuerung, ohne die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Remote zu richten, sodass die Konzentration auf eine perfekte Performance erhalten bleibt. Eine blinkende Remote würde den Fokus hingegen stark auf iC Pro lenken. Die Buttons und ihre aktuelle Funktion sind jedoch durch ihren farbigen Status eindeutig gekennzeichnet. Wir hoffen, dass macht in der Form Sinn für Dich, und dass Du viel Freude mit Cubase iC Pro 1.3 und Cubase hast! Liebe Grüße, Lars

App fantastica che ha ridotto i tempi di produzione in maniera notevole, peccato non si possa collegare senza wifi. Sarebbe fantastico poter personalizzare in maniera più libera e creativa potendo magari scegliere vari tipi di pulsanti o uscire dagli schemi prepostati dell’app per i comandi rapidi che sono quelli che uso. Pochi colori per i tasti dei comandi rapidi ma Comunque 5 stelle!

Great Controller

Pretty much all you could want from a remote controller…. Except…. I’d love to have a full screen of ‘long throw’ sliders on my pad (unless i’m missing something)

Needs improvement

I just bought the app - using it with Cubase 14 pro on my iPhone. Feels like a very old app. There are a lot of features missing and basic zoom and visibility features don’t work. The recording and the app itself works, but it’s inconvenient for pro users. I have to set up markers because in the project there is only a timecode visible, no bars. Expensive for what it is. Hope for improvement.

Odd behavior with Cubase 14?

I’m getting some connectivity errors, as well as a long lag between start/stop/record. The only thing I have changed is I updated to C14.

Why make it so difficult?

No matter what I try this app steadfastly refuses to maintain a connection to Cubase on Mac. Do yourself a favour - get the free Eucon app instead, or Metagrid Pro if you’re ok with subscriptions. Refund requested.

Sehr hilfreich, aber Verbindung zum PC klappt nicht mehr automatisch

Bis vor zwei Jahren konnte sich die App beim Öffnen automatisch mit Cubase verbinden. Nutze Cubase 14 pro auf einem Windows 11 Rechner und da muss ich jedesmal die IP auswählen. Das stört den Workflow ein wenig

Gridlock

There are indeed a few things to love about this app, especially the cue mix! But the major oversight of having a ruler grid set to seconds instead of bars renders this app frustratingly useless as a remote control. It is almost impossible to accurately set up an 8 bar loop to record to! Really! Did I already say it’s so frustrating? It makes matters worse when a quick scan of user forums reveals that this fundamental feature has been requested for over 10 years. The cue mix and key commands are wonderful, but the grid actually makes this remote a time waster, not a time saver. It could be SO GOOD!

Cubase iC Pro supports using markers, which comes in pretty handy when it comes to loop recording. Here I'd suggest to create several cycle markers in your Cubase project (e.g. individual cycle markers for several verses and/or chorus parts etc.), which all will be displayed in Cubase iPro. Once done you can pretty easily jump to those cycle marker sections via simple tap(s) from within iC Pro to play these in a loop. Hope that makes sense for you workflow-wise.
