Choppy responsiveness

Game play on the iPad is choppy. Sometimes you have to click a block a couple times to activate it to be moved. Would make more sense to be able to drag and drop blocks instead of clicking a block, then its destination. This unresponsiveness makes it impossible to hit targets and enjoy the game.
