About

Learn something from every solve. CubeSensei turns your Bluetooth smart cube into a coach. Every turn is read straight from the cube, so each solve is broken down move by move — cross, F2L, OLL and PLL — with recognition and execution timed separately. CONNECT YOUR CUBE Works with GAN, MoYu and X-Man smart cubes over Bluetooth. The app remembers the cube you used last and reconnects to it on its own, so you can pick it up and start turning. SEE WHERE THE TIME GOES • Stage splits for every solve, with recognition vs. execution timing • Automatic case and algorithm detection • Replay any solve, move by move, in 3D • Cross analysis showing the solution you could have used • Visual aids for every stage, plus "take me there" to set your cube to any position FIND YOUR WEAK CASES • Per-case charts for time, frequency and turns per second • Sortable tables that rank your slowest and least consistent cases • Spot the cases that are slow, frequent, or wildly inconsistent TRAIN THE RIGHT THINGS • Training Planner — a plan built around the cases costing you time • Algorithm Trainer — drill F2L, OLL and PLL with spaced repetition • Cross Trainer — practice efficient crosses and compare with the optimal one • Algorithm Library — the complete F2L, OLL and PLL lists, plus notation • Solve Helper — step-by-step guidance from any scramble KEEP TURNING Daily and weekly challenges, personal records and statistics that show progress over months, not just today. WORKS OFFLINE Once you are signed in, solving runs on the device. Connect a cube, time a solve and see it broken down with no connection at all. Solves are stored on the device and sync when you are back online; browsing your history needs a connection. A Bluetooth smart cube is required. Every turn CubeSensei times and analyzes is read from the cube, so the timer, the training modes and the analysis need one. Without a cube you can still browse the algorithm library and replay solves you have already recorded. Case charts and statistics are on iPad. Archive, statistics and history-based suggestions need a connection.

What's New in CubeSensei

1.1

October 3, 2026

Personal records • See your record history and how each record has moved over time. • Your best 20 solves of the week now have their own results view. • Records tables can be sorted by any column, and records show up in the Ao5 summary. Smarter Solve Review • New tips spot when a pseudoslot would have saved you moves in F2L. • You now get praise when you solve two F2L pairs in one go. • Advanced tips only appear once you are ready for them. Also in this version • The algorithm trainer timer starts on your first U turn. • The cube's name stays visible while it reconnects. • You stay signed in when you are offline even if login has expired • Signing in again after an expired session works reliably. • Bugfixes for saved replay orientation and for duplicate solves after a re-upload.
