Since it’s been updated this morning I cannot connect it to my WiFi. Was working fine until the update.. please fix this asap
The app is the worst!
Honestly the support team is shocking, they keep blaming my wifi but it’s not as wifi works perfect always
On all other household devices every update they do with the app we always have issues and we can never see our baby on the app screen it’s shocking!!!

The worst!
Literally the worst baby monitor ever, and somehow each update makes it even worse! I honestly don’t care about ‘moments’ and clever tech. I just want to see my little one on a video link. Is that too much to ask? Always goes down when there’s something critical going on! PLEASE FIX IT!

Very fancy & high tech = not worth the $$
App randomly crashes so not reliable, huge battery suck on your phone, camera randomly updates during the middle of the night (try 3am) so your child is woken by clicking and a dumb light show. You pay so much money for an unreliable and problematic piece of tech.

Great customer service and app
Quick service and clear monitor
Glitchy, slow, and awful
I wish I’d known how glitchy, slow, and unreliable this app is before I purchased the baby monitor. It’s caused immense amounts of bedtime stress trying to set up, pair, and keep it connected. When I need to turn on the nightlight or white noise it takes 20-30 seconds for the button to load so I can turn it on or off. It’s ridiculous. So unhappy with this product. Trying to pair a second camera is impossible.

Waste of money
Not worth the 1.7 rating it gets. The only thing it is consistent in is that it fails, regularly in the middle of the night and the only way to reconnect it is to go into the babies room make it flash bright lights and make a bunch of noises to wake your child before it fails again. Useless and not anything it claims to be. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Monitor freezes constantly.
I’ve had the Cubo for a year and found that it’s an extremely glitchy app with the monitor freezing regularly. The temperature also doesn’t match other thermometers I have in the room. Adds so much extra stress when you transition baby to their own room! Really disappointing for the price tag. I don’t recommend and will be purchasing a different monitor next time around.

When it works it’s good, however it hardly ever works!!
This camera when it does work is great! Especially the WiFi connectivity so you can see your baby when you’re out of the house and someone else is looking after them. However it hardly ever works properly! Especially if youve had it for a while, I’m constantly having to unplug it or resetting the app, and when it happens over night it means I’m sleeping and the monitor that’s meant to be keeping me aware of what’s happening with my toddler isn’t working! Led to many poor nights of sleep as I’m worried I’ve missed him crying.

The best camera!
I had this camera recommended to me by a work colleague, I ordered one for my daughter’s room and we have absolutely loved it! We have our son being born within a couple of weeks and have ordered another for his room as well. If I need any support (not often) I ask by using the “chat” in the app and have a response and fix within minutes! I would never use another camera after buying these. 10/10 recommends buying one… or more 🤩

Features as simple as rewind fail
As others have pointed out, there’s a lot to be desired in this app. The thing that just grinds my gears though is that the 15-second rewind and fast forward buttons entirely fail and have never properly functioned. For a baby monitor camera, it shocks me that the company wouldn’t do testing to validate the functionality since it’s a common pattern of “hear noise > check baby monitor” yet finding the clip of what happened is near impossible. Writing apps isn’t simple but it’s also not terribly difficult to hire a firm that has the capability to write one properly. For a camera advertising AI and commanding a $300 price tag, these gaps are pretty unacceptable. I recommend a lot of baby items yet would never recommend this option.

Great hardware, but the app causes absolute panic at night.
The features on paper are great, but the actual app is awful and causes more anxiety than it relieves. Notifications pop up, but the app never connects to the camera on the first try. Waking up to an alert at midnight and being stuck on a loading screen gives you a total heart attack when you have an infant. The lullaby and white noise features are a great idea, but they constantly throw connection errors when we try to play them. The app desperately needs a stability overhaul.

Does not function as advertised unless you pay for subscription
This camera and app is basically useless unless you pay for the premium subscription monthly. Among basically all the other free features they’ve moved behind a paywall, you are now unable to select to only alert you when the baby is in the crib, which means that every single noise in your house will alert you that the baby is “crying” - talking, laughing, closing doors, everything sets it off from anywhere in your house and you will receive hundreds of alerts which is both insanely annoying but renders the camera useless. Disappointed and don’t recommend.

Inefficient
It rarely works well. Notifications are slow even up to 2minutes+. Also AI doesn’t recognize cry and covered face well. Works 1 of 5 times. Highly NOT recommended

我が家では息子が寝ている間、ずっとホワイトノイズを音量MAXで流しているのですが、この間急に止まりました。突然の無音に驚いてこちらが起きましたが、その後の通知で「ファームウェアを更新中です。アラートが停止します。〇〇から目を離さないでください。」とカメラがオフになっていました。たまたま起きたから良いですが、気付かずにいたらと思うと怖いです。更新が終わらなければ電源を抜き差ししてくださいとも書かれていました。数分であればまだ気付かなくても大丈夫かもしれませんが、その後ずっと電源が落ちる可能性があるのなら、せめて赤ちゃんを検出していない時など、モニターを使用していないときにしてください。危険すぎます。更新の時間はこちらで選べると良いです。改善お願いします。
あともう一つ、保存された動画を拡大して見るときに「✖️」印が小さすぎてなかなか反応しないのが、地味にストレスです。下にスワイプで戻れるようにするか、反応するばつ印を大きくしてくださると助かります。

Would rate 0 stars if could. Wifi connection is very unreliable unless you are using close to your modem/router. Customer support is also useless, they will just lead you on a long course of settings to change on your wifi and conclude it is your wifi issue. In theory would be a great product…if it reliably worked.

When can we have custom settings
I want put flip screen button on the quick access area. Don’t want to always go to setting and pressing so many steps.
“Video quality” doesn’t even need to put in the quick access area. Do any keep changing the video quality??? I thought this is more once you set and leave it that way?
I have feedback to the team and the team was friendly and nice. But I still don’t see any updates of custom settings function.

Disappointing
The app used to work great when we first got the cubo over 5years ago. But now that we have our second child, it’s definitely not the same. The app is laggy when you first go into it. Sometimes when I use the picture on picture setting, the video freezes and I don’t notice until maybe 10-15mins later. What a shame.

Its ok but i wish we got another camera
It works as a camera but we didnt find any of the stand aprt festures useful. The baby face cover detection would ring literally every minute or so every time our baby turned their head. So annoying that we had to turn it off. The playback is extremely hard to use. We would hear a noise and wouldn’t be able to go back 10 or 20 seconds to see why this had happened instead we had to scroll back with an extremely sensitive time bar where 1 mm movement of the finger would send me back five or 10 minutes and then try and move forward 15 seconds at a time and half the time the button to move forward or back for the playback didn’t work please fix this feature and the Apple will be much more usable
