“Uh oh. Something’s wrong here.”-Useless app.
This app is extremely frustrating to use. Every time I try to schedule an appointment and select a date, it keeps showing the same “Something’s wrong here” error. This issue has been happening for so long, and there’s still no improvement at all. The problem just keeps repeating.
What makes it worse is the double standard — when customers are late or miss a monthly payment, they chase us non-stop. But when it comes to fixing their own app, there’s zero urgency. Please improve your system instead of making things harder for your customers.

I accidentally miss 1 payment as salary was late. They aspected me to make payment for until the next upcoming month which was nonsense! Furthermore, they even send to 3rd party for reminder even though a few times told them thats not my contact. Breeching of data protection! Will not recommend to anyone.

Lag
Everytime I open the apps, its always lag. Even after reading notification, the bubble continues to appear even after refreshing the apps. Come on! We need a seamless experience kind of apps!
NCS appointment's Notification
I get notification to make appointment for NCS. But no upcoming appointment in appointment list. Please let user set appointment when they are free. Not servicer directly contact. Not all of users are wfh or not working.
