Can’t sort results.
The app works and does what it says it will do, but when searching for something particular there is no way to sort the results! I have tried a few times to look for something specific and have given up. For example, we wanted to go on a holiday to Queensland and I started scrolling through all the deals that weren’t relevant to me trying to find Queensland hotels and ended up just going somewhere else to buy accommodation. Cheap prices but a bit time wasting...

Reasonably good
As an app it works but it would far more useable if there was a mapping feature. As it is offers are randomly served up that could be upwards of 100km away from you, and sometimes even more.

Promoted as a 3 day only extra 10% off the special price, and you can’t purchase them at the special price, let alone getting the extra 10% off!! Instead you are sent to another site where there may be something similar that you may wish to purchase.

No search function
You can’t search for specific deals or areas in the app, like you could in the old Living Social app. I now use groupon for that reason.
Can’t view holidays by destination on app
Can’t seem to figure out how to search holidays by destination..... it seems we need to scroll through all the listings to get to the one you’re interested in .
Convenient to use but...
The interface itself is quite easy to use but where is the search function?
App was ruined in the last update
No filtering by distance (I don't want to see the deals around whole Sydney area!) anymore, no pictures from deals available apart from one. Went from the most convenient to the least convenient app with deals.
App does not allow me to stop receiving notifications.
I receive a lot of email from Cudo which is really annoying. I tried to unscubscribe from their mailing list and it turns out I need to do in the app. However, the app just simply does not allow me to change it and where I flip the bar to “not receiving notifications”, it flips back automatically. This is extremely annoying!!

It’s so annoying not having a search bar, and that you can’t use a web browser page if you have the app because it automatically opens the app
Lots of emails and unsubscribe doesn’t work!
When you press unsubscribe it just opens the app. When you then navigate to opt out of notifications it won’t allow you to do so. You swipe to opt out only for it to toggle back on its own. So I have to make emails as spam. This app is a monster spammer! Do not download!

Love our travelling with Luxury Escapes!
This is the 1st time we travel through Luxury Escapes packages. We are pleasantly surprised by the resort and the packages that come with it. Password reset 5 times in one night and update this app message - I GIVE UP
You make it very hard to purchase anything!!!! In one night I have reset password 5 Times. Then I am supposed up the app - which keep going back to the same screen ‘ update the app’ YOU WIN... I am going to purchase from Groupon !!! Not the first time Cudo ... bug fixes are a joke

Had a password issue that normal reset via app or www could not fix. Ie. reset password correctly but yet no access.
If you have this problem email cudohelp otherwise you will be very very frustrated.
