About

Cue connects the daily work of ABA clinics, from the first session to the final note. Built for iPhone and iPad, it brings clinical workflows and team communication into one workspace. A clear view of your day Role-specific Today dashboards help owners, BCBAs, and RBTs review priorities, follow their schedules, and find the work that needs attention. Data collection in the moment Open assigned programs, expand skill targets, and record responses using the configured data buttons. Track behavior alongside skill acquisition during field sessions. From session to note Keep session timing, collected data, notes, signatures, and review together. Device storage and synchronization help preserve work through interruptions and reconnects. Your care team, connected Use Cue Chat for team conversations and assigned care-team channels. Open kiddo records, schedules, and documentation from the same app. A family view of progress Parents can follow care-team-approved progress from the starting point, revisit milestones, and use shared home-practice guides and materials. The family portal brings schedules, therapy plans, and care-team updates together. Available content depends on what the clinic shares. Made for each device Use focused controls on iPhone and a spacious clinical workspace on iPad. Create a free clinic account directly in the app. Independent ABA providers and clinics can sign up without an invitation or preapproval. Use core clinic tools free for up to five kiddos; available workflows depend on your role, assignments, and clinic configuration. A paid clinic plan for six or more covers every billable kiddo, including the first five. Monthly and prepaid yearly plans are available for US clinics; European paid upgrades are not open yet. Give every note a second look New free clinics receive five calendar months of Note QA from signup: documentation checks, designated reviewer feedback, and insights into recurring team documentation gaps. After the introduction, Note QA requires an active paid clinic plan with six or more billable kiddos. Ordinary note writing, existing records, and session closeout stay available. No card is needed to start and the introduction never starts a paid subscription automatically. Existing clinic agreements and previously included access are preserved. Automated checks support professional review; they do not guarantee clinical accuracy, compliance or claim payment. European clinics receive documentation completeness checks. Supported payer-specific checks apply to US documentation. Choose your interface language English is the initial default. Your selection persists after signing out. Eight choices are available: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, European Portuguese, Arabic and Russian. Core workflows are localized; some advanced screens and generated content remain English. Clinical content stays in the language in which your team writes it.
