Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing difficulties with the Cue Band app. Can you please get in touch with our team via email (support@cue.band) and we can investigate this issue further and try to resolve it. I know that we were experiencing some wider technical difficulties with our Cue Band platform around the time that you rated the app. This could be connected and we are keen to get this working so that you can continue to participate in the study. Hi, Really sorry to hear that Cue Band isn't working for you. We received a number of emails from participants reporting a similar issue around this time in October. It was a wider issue with our delivery tracking system for the CueBand devices. Our team has since resolved this issue and we've released a new update that should allow you to open the application as normal. If you've not already downloaded the update, please try that now and see if the app works again as normal.
