Credentials are flagging as nonexistent

I just created an account, signed out briefly so I could confirm that my password was correct, and now the app is saying my email and password don't exist? And when I try to reset my password, nothing lands in my inbox. BUT! if I try to sign up again with that same email, it says it's in use?! I'm highly disappointed, I was actually very excited to try this app out. I'll be more than happy to change the rating once I get back into it...

Frustrating

I was so excited to see this on TikTok, as someone who is plus size I have a hard time finding clothes. This was disappointing. I couldn’t even get past making an account. It loads forever or just ends up crashing

Can’t create account

White boxes with no text appear and I am supposed to guess what info is being requested. I had a blank screen with an “I agree” button but no idea what I would be agreeing to. If I could actually use the app maybe it would be good?

Can’t get in

I was excited to see you on the news this morning and to try this out, but unfortunately during account setup after selecting sizes, the app doesn’t continue. It just spins on the screen. Too bad. I was looking forward to checking out what you offer.

App crashes after attempting acct creation

So when I try to login, it says nonuser found. I will try to find a website to sign up, then come back to the app and try to log in. But, its a drag this doesn’t work seamlessly, so now it has to wait until after I jump in the shower. If it worked as intended, I am sure that more users would sign up to use the app. But, adding the extra step I will try, means only the very determined will utilize this app. Hope this issue is fixed soon. Will update after I try to sign up online somewhere.

Won’t let me in

Can’t even set up an account

I just downloaded today. The app crashes before I can finish the setup.

From the few brands I’m able to see before it crashes, I’m also disappointed in the number of brands that don’t cater to above a size 28.

The list of stores that sell plus size clothing makes this worth 5 stars to me. The only thing I’d add to the list is Columbia, they go up to a size 3x I can’t wait to see what else is added ❤️
