Includes video clips of cues and model of each sound
I have no idea what another review is talking about, because the app is divided in to separate tabs- 1 tab for consonants and 1 tab for vowels, but if you tap on each sound displayed on the screen, it will actually pull up a screen that then has two options to click on/view for that sound -one of the cue for that sound being modeled in a video clip, and that same sound being shown in a graphic model representing how that sound is formed with the tongue and other articulators. The video clips of the cues are helpful so that you can learn them and teach these to students to help them use a simple visual cue to remember how a particular sound is formed. Some students, especially ones with auditory recall issues, are visual learners - this is just one strategy to help students with their speech sounds. The only thing I would like to change is if the models of each sound also included a frontal view, instead of just viewing inside the mouth from a side view. I think it would be helpful for students to see both views. Either way, I am glad to have this and consider it a good resource for cued speech.

Diphthong issue
Overall I like the app but I can’t access the diphthongs? I can access the main diphthong page, but cannot select one to see a video.

The dipthongs aren’t showing videos. Is this an error or they not available on the app yet
Please don't buy this app
I downloaded it for my son and I realise that there is no sound for the price that you're paying you should get sound or it should be tested thoroughly so once it's released everything works correctly very disappointed.
Limited information
One-two pages of information. Not worth the money spent. Embarrassed to say I purchased it.
Great app but...
I really enjoy this app as a teacher but find it frustrating I paid $43 and cannot access the information without the internet. Please make this app as offline. It is ridiculous I need to download the videos every time.
Brilliantly, simple!
This app, does exactly what it sets out to do. All the letter sound cues are clearly demonstrated. They are easy to learn and help children with auditory processing difficulties to "see" the difference between similarly sounding, paired voiced and unvoiced letter sounds e.g. /t/ & /d/or /p/ & /b/. One boy I taught recently could not distinguish between between /k/ & /g/, until I taught him the cues for both. Some children also need to place their other hand on their throat so that they feel the difference in their voice boxes too. Once they understand the difference, they are able to use the cues in noisy, busy environments to aid their "hearing", speech & spelling. I wish I had known about this tool years ago.
