WARNING: Misleading Signup Process – $99.99 Charge!
I strongly recommend avoiding this app. I signed up intending to use the FREE version and had absolutely no intention of purchasing a subscription.
During the signup process, a $99.99 payment approval prompt appeared, and I accidentally approved it. In my opinion, the signup process is misleading and makes it far too easy to authorize an expensive purchase unintentionally.
I immediately requested a refund through Apple, explained exactly what happened, and even appealed the initial denial. My refund was denied again.
I’m now out $99.99 for a service I never intended to purchase.
BE VERY CAREFUL when signing up for this app. What appears to be a free signup can result in an expensive, unintended charge. I wish I had seen a warning like this before downloading it.
