I’m usually very picky when it comes to anything that claims to be a “live event and production software solution.” Most of them overpromise and underdeliver.
But this one is different. It’s brilliant - truly the best timer software and hardware solution I’ve used.
I’m genuinely impressed by how many features it has and how well everything is thought through. The messaging feature is my favorite — being able to communicate directly with people on stage without switching apps or relying on basic timers is a game changer.
After using this, I can’t imagine going back to simple countdown timers again.

Solid for Back of House control
I work in events and corporate conferences, and we run a lot of shows where the run of show has to stay tight. I use CueTime with the CueTime console and it’s been solid. Setup is quick, the screens are clean and easy to read at a glance. I like the color warning/progress bar, and the way you can sync and control the timer across devices so FOH, stage, and whoever’s calling cues are all on the same page. It keeps sessions moving and helps us stay out of overtime without overcomplicating anything.
