This app right away asks for Argetnine government ID, so it's of no use to visitors (as I was recommended when purchasing a flight there).

Este app está pensando para unos pocos se lo piden a los turistas extranjeros que visitan en país no está en inglés, le piden el DNI y no el pasaporte. Yo pongo mi DNI y mi número de trámite y sale error son de terror!!!
