Regarding your concern about not being able to edit orders created by other staff — this is actually a configurable permission in CukCuk. To enable it, please follow these steps: System Settings → General Settings → Purchase/Sales → Turn on “Allow staff to edit orders created by other staff” Once enabled, your staff will be able to edit each other’s orders freely. As for the issue with not being able to take additional orders, we’d love to look into this further. Please reach out to our support team directly so we can check your setup and resolve it quickly!
