There are too few vocabulary. I have mrs cullen’s books on vocabulary but this app only have a fraction of those words
It isn't worthy to buy.

This app is highly recommended. Even though some of these words are familiar to me, I am still amazed at how little I know about their second, even third meaning. For example, what does “Establish” mean besides “to build/create something”?

It’s great, overall. However, I think the vocabulary list of each topic is a bit short. It should be longer. Besides, I guess the underlying idea behind those lists is to use words actively, not just understanding their meaning solely. Therefore, the app’s exercises should focus on that, as the word lists are pretty much familiar to IELTS learners. Also, it would be better if the example sentences are relevant or closely related to IELTS activities.
Another thing is that since most words are familiar to learners, some people might overlook the app’s meaning. However, we are not sure know how use them appropriately in the right context (formal or informal?, speaking or writing?). Therefore, it is better to emphasize the notion of ‘active’ and ‘passive’ language for the sake of the app’s popularity.

It’s so helpful that when you go through all the processes, these words become your active vocabulary. The words make your writing and speaking more accurate.

I have purchased this app even after reading a negative review about some problem with the audio, and I had the same problem... additionally, even after trying to guess the right words without listening, I could not change the topic.. that’s really a shame, since it had the potential to be an awesome app that could help students to study for ielts..
