Culminate - Check-in Portal

Culminate Check-in Portal is required for Culminate Life subscribers who are utilizing the Culminate Check-in package of the platform. The iPad version of the portal creates a self-service environment for the organization's members. Culminate Check-in Admins have the ability to: • See members in the Connect Groups • Utilize an expedited check-in process for first-time guests creating a temporary label • Implement the warning system to alert parents/guardians of emergency • View data of whole groups as well as individual child data • Check-out children securely using anonymous codes generated at check-in • Alert other departments to prepare siblings for check-out • View alerts of children ready for check-out The iPhone version is intended for Culminate Check-in Admins only to view check-out info - which child is ready for check-out and which child is preparing for check-out - and allow special Admin access for the iPad version. Parents and guardians can: • Check-in their child by scanning or entering their personal secure code • Print check-in labels • Print accessory labels for diaper bags, backpacks, etc. • Print check-out labels if needed Culminate Check-in Portal can also be utilized to collect attendance for members of other sub-pop groups in Culminate Life. Culminate Check-in Portal supports wireless and wired Brother QL Series printers. Printers must be connected to your organization's network.
