I’m getting unwanted unavailability scores, please do something to remove it! It hampering my performance currently score is 13! I’m highlighting this since January last week.

The app doesn’t open. Throws up server error message every time I try to log in.
Auto brightness?
Whenever i click on class, phone brightness go 100% automatically. I know this is for QR code scanner but it doesn’t make sense. It’s annoying to see your phone bright to 100% without permission. Please change it back to normal.

Application is keep crashing again Nd again since last 3 days. Please have a check.

I went to attend my first session of football at Sarjapura Road centre and got 9 minutes late. Yeah I do agree that it's my fault. That I drove hard enough but still couldn't beat the bangalore traffic. And hoped for some empathy from you guys.
But you didn't allow me to attend the session. And obviously there won't be any refund also because it's a no show case and it's all my fault.
Cool. Thanks for such an awesome experience. One thing am making sure here that am never going to forget this experience. I don't know how much a single client matters to you, but yeah, you lost 1 client today. Am not going to have any membership provided by you guys, that's for sure. Neither do I require any service offered by the whole cure.fit franchise. All the best to you. Let's see how far you go by giving such a customer experience!!!
