1.3.3+24 AI Capture improved with local history memory.
June 27, 2026
1. AI Assistant – Smart Context & Conversational Edits (Chunk 3) Short-Term Context Memory: The AI assistant now fetches the last 10 messages (approx. 5 turns) from your local Drift database and packages them in the context payload. This gives the AI multi-turn memory. Conversational Edits: The AI assistant can now process follow-up prompts to refine or edit pending proposals (e.g., you can say "change the duration to 30 minutes" or "make that habit active" after it makes a proposal). Multilingual Response Logic: The AI responds in your active chat language (e.g., Spanish) while registering database and catalog entities using your settings' preferred language. 2. Critical Stability & Bug Fixes Migration Crash Recovery: Fixed an issue where interrupted SQLite table rebuilds (like during Migration 25) could lead to data loss. The database now preserves copied data if a rewrite is interrupted at startup. Duplication Prevention on AI Replays: Added row-level tracking for applied proposals. When retrying failed proposal batches, the app skips already-applied items, preventing duplicate events. Event Edit Save Lock: Fixed a transient state race condition where saving an event quickly before its existing path links loaded could delete all links. Saving is now disabled until links finish loading. Dropdown Selection Crash Fix: The event type selector now uses stable primitive integer IDs rather than object instances, preventing crashes when the underlying stream updates. Privacy & Gateway Safety: Raw text inputs are now redacted from AI gateway log outputs. Additionally, the client will now fail closed cleanly on gateway configuration issues.
