I have purchased a Urban Terrain MTB cycle and Cult gave me a fitness training session by Bhavna, I who'd like to say that the its a perfect and energetic fitness session and I have learned some new exercises from Bhavan, Bhavan is an excellent fitness trainer. Great product with amazing diet plan
I have been using my UT1000 since a week, it’s been doing good apart from some issues. And issues resolved by swift support from UT installation team. And Pooja was really helpful in preparing diet and workout plan and keeps tracking on regular basis. As of now, I haven’t started the online workout sessions, I hope online workout sessions will be helpful.
Overall, great experience while riding MTB and service of installation team and services of one fit plus.

I bought Urban Terrain bicycle 1 week ago & after installation services provided by the company, i got call from there regarding the complementary diet and fitness plan. They provided me dietitian (Vimlesh Verma) for one to one conversation regarding my dieting schedule. She prepared my diet plan from the info filled up by me in the App & taking care of my dieting by regularly following up through message in the Cultsport app. Thank you for such wonderful service.

Best MTB Urban Terrain 27.5 and exciting Cult services
After searching a lot, I recently bought a MTB for daily exercise. After delivery, Cult people arranged the installation very next day and it was quick.
So far experience is good, with cycle there are few benefits like one month cult elite pass for cult fit gyms along with 1:1 dietitian session.
I got a call from Pooja for the same and she had prepared diet plan for me already based upon my info in app. I had a great consultation session with her, she was having all knowledge and based upon our discussions, she quickly understood my requirement and modified the diet plan. Thanks a lot.
Now i just need to follow diet plan and keep cycling. Hope to reduce weight.

I have got urban terrain Strong frames and gud flow up.. installation is quite late (worth to wait) but the technician is aswm fully guided about cycle apps etc... cultsport app is smooth and
aswm.. lot of live sections recorded vids available for fitness. Free diet plan helps a lot dietician’s are polite and gentle in handling much patience to explain all much doubts. And also got call from fitness trainer were the person is cool and the experience excises are also so cool and easy.

Amaizing product health and fitness
I have purchased Urben Terren by ofp mountain bike and got it delevered befor the estimated time. Very next day the technician visited and did the installation and provided full demo of it. Bike looks so cool. The fitness and diet consultation service was highlight of the product. The fitness session was amazing mr Arpit Baweja has consulted me about workout and regular activities. He is very professional and talented fitness advisor. As well as i got dieat consultation from Rajitha she analize my daily intake and advised me about daily habits. And she will be providing daite plan and regular workout acitivites in my OFP Profile. OFP is great platform for health and fitness activities.

Robust product, worth the money
I have been using spin bike from past 1 month. Bike is very stylish and sturdy. Onefit plus app helps in tracking our daily exercise routine. We can set the target on a daily basis and achieve the same. Free dietician for 3 months and exercise session is an added advantage. My dietician Arpita ghosh was really helpful in preparing my diet chart and she follows up on regular basis. yoga session conducted by Bhavna was wonderful. Her willingness to teach and inspire others is commendable. Overall great experience with the services of onefit plus.

Worst after sales service support
I purchased this treadmill the first machine in April 2021, during installation I noticed the machine has damages and it was not able to connect to phone so i requested for return and I got the replacement. The second machine I got it installed on May 2021 and only during installation the Bluetooth got connected after 1 week, I got surprise of the connectivity. I am not able to connect the treadmill to the Mobile application via Bluetooth. Contacted customer support for help and they identified the Bluetooth device or the Bluetooth hole display is faulty in the treadmill. It’s been 5 month by now, still the issue was not fixed. No one is responding properly from the customer support. I strongly do not recommend FITKIT. Because even after multiple escalation no one is responding to my concern.

Loved the service.
I bought this treadmill without even considering the free dietician and trainer service provided with it. But, after using availing the services, I would say, there are the best consultants and trainers available here. The dietician, Chandrima Saha, gave a diet plan according to my current life style so that it is easier to adapt. The trainer, Suraj Kumar, helped in kick starting my training and was strict enough to keep me active through out the session. Overall, I feel more motivated now and would highly recommend this buy. No regrets.

Horrible after sale service of treadmill

I purchased RPM Fitness RPM747MI 3.5 HP PEAK POWER and same was delivered and installed on 30th Aug'2020. The installation team had no knowledge o the product they were just good to tighten nuts and bolts only. So the question of any demo of the machine ruled out.
Once they left and I started using the machine it was giving sound on incline and decline. After lot of followup with the help desk they sent a mechanic to fix, which he did.
Mobile App: Machine was not working with mobile app and some times it was not even connecting with mobile. I reported the same. They said team is working on it. Every time I called I was asked to explain the problem as they have no way of keeping history on the complaint and customer needs to explain it every time as every time some new person is assigned to work on the issue.
now we are in Jan. 2021, more than four months have passed i do not have resolution to my problem as yet. Some new problems have cropped up. Now machine does not connect to mobile app through bluetooth at all. Plus rate function on the dashboard has stopped working. So its been a very pathetic experience. earlier I was using a Turbuster machine and had no problem with that.
I don't know this machine looks very robust but performance and the after sales service is pathetic.

This treadmill is very good for running on a daily basis... better than any other at this price range. I have been using different treadmills for 15 years. The only function missing is auto lubrication and auto reclining.. which can be ignored.
Got a chance to avail diet advice by Dietician Grace. I wish more Dieticians understood the complexity of people’s relationship to food like Grace did !! She was incredibly responsive , patient listener and felt more like a food therapist than a Dietician. Now i feel i have a great system in place that i can build from. Thanks a lot for this.
