Worst application I’ve ever used.
This app was made by a blind child. It is so clunky and so freaking ugly, in every which way. It has quit out on me during transfers, confusing layout, and even displayed wrong information. Latter bit is truly concerning considering it’s a banking app. Unbelievable… like the “new” and “modern” CCFCU website, which looks like it was made by IBM back in the 1980s to serve peoplekind 10,000 years ago, when we were still discovering fire. Yes, dramatic but that’s the degree of incompetence here. There’s a lot of people leaving jobs right now — I implore the UI/UX people at CCFCU to quit and go work at McDonald’s or something.

the new version of this app is horrible, can’t jump from one account to another like the old version

I literally about to drop the bank period because the app is my only convenience and I need it to be able to see the transactions etc, so if the app continues to be none accessible I will be leaving this bank completely.
App doesn’t load anything after the iOS 13 update
CCFCU should hire a different company to make a better app
