Cumulus9 Mobile is a focused companion app for Cumulus9 clients. It gives approved users secure access to a native AI chat experience, alert monitoring, and support tickets from a mobile device. The app is intentionally thin. It talks only to the Cumulus9 mobile gateway, which enforces a server-side route allowlist for AI completions, alerts, and support-ticket workflows. Client service keys, client API URLs, database access, and admin APIs are never stored in the app. Key capabilities: - Ask questions in a native AI chat designed for margin and risk workflows. - Review alert rules, activity, and recent firing history. - View support tickets, open ticket details, and reply from mobile. - Draft new support tickets with optional AI-assisted wording. - Explore a live demo workspace without an account.
